Fabric was advertised as light grey but is actually blue.
I should have ordered a swatch but omitted to do so.
£28 wasted.

I was looking for curtain heading and the lady I spoke to was extremely helpful and very pleasant. I ordered the curtain heading online and it was delivered by Royal Mail very quickly. Thank you so much for a very pleasant experience.

Fabric Direct is a very recommendable company. They are professional and trustworthy. The choice of fabrics is very good. They provide good advice if you need one to make the right choice.

I ordered a swatch of curtain fabric and it arrived promptly. Also included were samples of lining material and that was so helpful as I didn't realise that there were different types of blackout linings. My order of fabric arrived well packaged and on time. I am very pleased and will use this company again.

I emailed Fabric Direct for help finding a specific colour of faux leather on the website that I had ordered a swatch of the month prior. Unfortunately it had completely sold out, so I was offered samples of alternatives. Samples arrived the very next day, and I managed to order the fabric I needed almost straight away. Fantastic customer service with very prompt email responses, and very friendly and helpful staff. I look forward to receiving my order! :)

My first time using fabric direct, last week I requested a sample of fabric, within a day it arrived.
I then ordered a metre of fabric which I received promptly too.

I ordered a swatch before buying the full amount of fabric, and it arrived in a few days. It was a decent size, which I was pleased about because it allowed me to easily imagine the completed seat cover. I thought the fabric price was excellent, considering the quality, and I ordered the full amount a week or so later. Delivery was quick and the fabric was double-wrapped for protection. Very impressed all round. My only (small) gripe would be that the fabric I bought ('Turquoise Plain Upholstery Fabric') had no origin listed - ie, cotton, polyester, linen, etc - so I've no idea what it's made of!

The samples sold by this company do not include the full pattern repeat, and hence in most of the samples I purchased they omitted some of the colours. This made them effectively useless and a complete waste of money. The company suggested buying a metre of fabric to get round this problem, which would have meant spending around £100 on four samples! Posting this so others are aware of the issue.

I recently bought made to measure curtains on line. I don’t often do reviews but I am writing this because I am delighted!
The lady on the phone was very helpful, the curtains are well made, the pattern matching is perfect and they arrived promptly, in time for Christmas.
If they had stocked the material I want for my other room I would have used them again.
There was a nice friendly note from the seamstress too.

I was initially really disappointed when my fabric arrived as the colour just wasn't right but after discussing this with Katie, it was all sorted. Lots more samples were sent to me to try before finally getting the colour right. My chosen fabric arrived the very next day. Thank you so much Katie for all your help.

Treasure trove of a shop with very friendly staff, one in particular was Jenny so very knowledgeable with nothing too much trouble
