Hi I had my upper eye lid surgery on 2nd February 2026. I was nervous but it all went smoothly, painless apart from injections. I am now day 10 and taken stitches out yesterday. Dr Murielle was very professional and I was put at ease.
Thank you again I would highly recommend this clinic and all its helpful staff.

Had upper bleph done by Thomas Ramakers. From first consultation I felt at ease and reassured. Procedure is very quick. Injections were a little uncomfortable but I'm not a fan of needles! Felt a little pressure at times but no pain. Smell is a little bizarre. Clinic is immaculate and staff friendly. Looking forward to results.

My experience was excellent, was made very welcome when I arrived with everyone warm and friendly. My surgery was with Thomas and he was amazing, he talked through the whole process before we began and during the process made sure I was okay and comfortable. I am post 2 weeks since surgery and the results are amazing, I could not recommend him enough. He’s done an excellent job especially dealing with mature skin. Couldn’t be happier with my results.

Faceland staff and Doctors failed to accommodate my lack of hearing
I was told Dr Murial would phone me for consultation, I informed them I'm profoundly deaf and asked them to phone a different number as the sound is a lot higher and I can connect it to my hearing equipment
Since I reported my hearing issues I have not received any response
Ignored what's app messages and emails I sent for past ten days .
Really disappointed as clinic was recommended to me via a nurse who is my friend and had eyelid surgery with them .
I wish companies would stop systematically ignoring people's individual needs especially hearing issues as its universal and surely I can't be the only customer to be profoundly deaf .I'm able to lip read when face to face with people my difficulties mostly occur speaking over the phone .
Yet as its a video consultation I don't understand why the company have ignored all forms of communication since I informed them that I'm profoundly deaf .

My experience at faceland was great.
I had the upper eyelid surgery. It was so quick and easy, no pain at all. When the anaesthetic wore off I had a little stinging for a short time, took two paracetamol.
Dr Murielle was fantastic, now just waiting to heal and see the results.

Overall a great experience with Jort Fekkes and his assistant. He was informative and made me feel relaxed straight away, chatting through the process prior to surgery. Having music playing was a nice distraction and also him chatting to me throughout the process also helped enormously.
Aftercare was explained and I was told to call with any problems. The receptionist was also lovely and welcoming.
I really recommend Faceland and have had a great experience with them.

Firstly I'd like to thank Faceland for fitting me into their busy schedule as I hadn't booked beforehand.
Procedure was fine, lidocaine a little stingy, but I am a bit of a wimp.
Would have appreciated if the Dr had spoke to me and explained things throughout procedure - he did initially and then chatted to the nurse in Dutch!
Steri strips were placed hap-hazidly over upper lids and not sure if so many were necessary and they have closed my rt eye more than I would like - look like I've got a ptosis!! Hopefully this will return to normal when steri strips are removed but again an explanation would have helped..
I appreciated the Dr calling and reassuring me day after surgery.

Had upper bleph done Wednesday 28th Jan 2026,I was a little nervous about the procedure but Thomas Ramakers talked me through everything and i was fine, the injections were a little stingy but after that felt nothing. Botox is a powder. Bocouture Is also a powder. Most botulinum toxines are.
Only Innotox already has the saline added beforehand but it’s not approved for the European and American market.
Faceland don’t show you the vial. They don’t show the saline and they add the saline while you are NOT there. It’s a pre filled syringe and you have 0 clue what they did with the powder.
A pre filled syringe is the biggest red flag 🚩 🚩 🚩 there is. If you see that just get out of the chair and leave. Do not ever come back.
Faceland uses mostly doctors that only have a basic medical degree and they took a course.
They do this just to make extra money. They just took a course on how to do fillers and botuline toxine.
My results with Faceland lasted around 6 weeks. I had asymmetry and droopy eyebrows and droopy eyelids.
I’m scared that they added extra saline.
With 100 units you’re supposed to add 2 ml of saline. I’m older than 30 so I need 300 units of Botox with 5 ml of saline.

With my own plastic surgeon (she studied 12 years) and she opens/ breaks the seal of the Botox (real brand name of the product) and she explains and shows me how much saline she adds. She shows you everything. She even offers Relfydess. (A botuline toxine that lasts up to 9 months.)
She gives you the empty bottle of Botox when you leave.

That’s a professional way of handling with this situation.
The results of real Botox last up to 4 months.
Daxxify and Relfydess last even longer. Up to 9 months.
Yes, going to a plastic surgeon is more expensive. But the results last way longer and I’ve never had a complication. No a-symmetry, no temporary bruising, no headache, drooping eyelids/brows, muscle weakness, dry eyes etc.
My advise. If you do this go to the best plastic surgeon you can find and let them work miracles on you.

I had upper blepharoplasty at Faceland Amsterdam on 20.01.26 and I honestly couldn’t be happier already with the results.

Dr Muriel was absolutely fantastic, so calming, reassuring and professional from start to finish. She explained everything clearly and instantly put me at ease.

The procedure itself was done to perfection, completely pain-free, and I was in and out in around 20 minutes.

The whole experience was smooth, efficient and far less daunting than I expected. I’m already thrilled with how it’s looking and can’t wait to see the final result.

From start to finish excellent . So professional and pain free. Dr Jort was fantastic made me feel so welcome and comfortable explained every step as we went through the procedure. Had it done 11 am was on a flight back to Glasgow at 1600 same day felt fantastic no pain just a tight feeling . Would recommend anyone considering to do it.

Dr Jort Fekkes was very friendly and put my mind at rest throughout the whole procedure by making me feel comfort, relaxed and explaining each part as he did it.
Aftercare advice is good and appreciate Faceland checking in next day by email to see how I am. This is the day after the procedure and I don't feel in pain as I expected. Looking forward to the end result once healed. Highly recommend Faceland. Aileen from England 😊

Dr Serge Steenen was recommended by two colleagues. He was professional and explained the procedure well. I felt very safe. It was comfortable throughout and over with quickly.
The only downside was the long waiting list!

Cane from the uk to have my op they was very nice felt uneasy at dr Jon and his apprentice was talking to each other threw out my surgery however I’ve emailed them 3 times to ask fir a face time call of Jon as I’m a little worried 2 months on still got 2 lumps from my stitches to be told to wait I’m still recovering etc etc so not the best aftercare still eating in a call to this day reagarding my lumps just wonted him to look at them to put my mind at ease in case u need to return no good aftercare

I had my eye lid surgery on the 30th December. I was a little nervous to be honest, but as soon as I was met by Dr Robin. She talked me through every part of the procedure and made me feel at ease. From start to finish it took about 25 mins. You feel nothing. Since I got home there is still no pain just a little tightness and itchy where its healing. For anyone that is thinking of getting it done and are nervous there is simply nothing to be nervous about.

My sister and I saw Dr Murielle on 12th May, which would have been our late father’s birthday, so we took this as a good sign. We had a video call together prior to our appointment as we wanted to have the surgery one after the other. We stayed overnight at the Radisson Blu hotel, which is a 5 minute walk away. On the day it took about half an hour each to have the upper blepharoplasty done and we flew back to UK later the same day. Dr Murielle is lovely and calm, and we had a wonderful experience. We are both absolutely thrilled with our results. Thank you.
