I have to admit that I was skeptical to start. I have a 17 year old football player in my house that eats a lot. I was worried about the meals not having enough food for him. Boy, was I wrong! I meal is so jam packed with nutrients that he is totally satisfied and full. And the options are way better than I can cook!! I eat about half a meal, so then my son gets the reat for his bedtime snack. Its worth the money for sure!!!! No regrets from this momma!

I have had two orders from factor and have been quite pleased with both!!! Easy to prepare and the taste is delicious and fresh! I look forward to placing an order every other week, not only as a treat for my family, but the extra free time in the kitchen for me, doesn’t get much better than this!!! Jill

I love the convenience of not having to cook. The food is great with large portions. Whole family enjoyed the meal!

Delivery has been on time. Meals are great, portion size is good. My only critique would be that some meals are a bit too salty.

I have received 3 shipments. I had trouble with the first two but the last one was received in good condition and was as ordered. The food is delicious and the helpings are a good size.

Factor has been great since my surgery. We order enough meals to cover 3 dinners and 2 lunches per week. Every single meal has tasted great .. love the protein or keto options. Delivery is fine... Never a problem

The food is good but it is a bit pricey. I like the convenience.

The taste is great. Perfect portion. Just enough protein. Good balance of protein, vegetables and carbs. The only thing some have too much fat.

It’s overall a great service with a good variety of options. I wish the meals were a little less bland, but I understand that it’s probably a personal preference. The quality is generally good with only small delivery issues once in a while ( for example, a leaking container ) which gets promptly addressed. I would continue using the service when traveling and cannot cook for the house as it makes life much easier for my spouse who cannot cook.

The initial box was just like I expected. With the discount provided became a great opportunity to try their offer. Meals came well accommodated in an thermal insulated box with packs of ice.
First impression was very tasty, but without the discount the price factor might be challenging for a recurrent meal option.

Me and my partner can choose different meals (he doesn't like fish) and everything is so filling yet healthy. Perfectly seasoned and convenient.

I just received an email telling me that my box is on the way when i didn’t even know i ordered one! I tought i skipped this week! No confirmation email. Very disapointed, will unsubscribe. Do not recommend

Worst customer service experience! Front line agent could not locate account though we actively receive meals and pay for them. After 45 mins on the phone was told to hang up and call somewhere else. Why are your managers or supervisors not taking live escalations. Why are there no second line agents with specialized experience. Do not order from factor, they will not assist customers. Not even attempt to escalate. It is shameful that supervisors are telling staff not to escalate calls to them when the frontline agent was clearly needing assistance. More training needed, better management. Terrible service. Disputing credit card charges and filling complaint with BBB.

Good food, balanced macros, easy to reheat and serve, generally pretty tasty. Really helpful for my family with 2 working parents and 2 kids, we sometimes need food to quickly prep and eat before heading out to evening activities. This fits the bill and is healthier than take out/restaurant food options.

I think the company should focus more on continuing offers for its loyal customers vs. All the promotions to try and gain new customers.

Overall, the quality and variety of food is excellent.

I would love to see an oven fried chicken breast, cornbread, potato wedges dinner.

The meals are very tasty and super convenient for a period of time where our lives became hectic. I'd love to be able to justify the cost in the long run, but we'll likely have to reduce our amount of meals once we can get back in the groove of things.
