The same day I received my first order, I hopped online and cancelled any future orders which was in their agreement with me. The food tasted very processed to me and for that reason I did not want to move forward. I cancelled, strangely tho, I did not receive a cancellation confirmation. There have since been two charges on my visa with NO FOOD deliveries, each in the amount of $87.44. Called today, said she could not remove those charges. Are you kidding me? Called Visa instead and blocked any future charges so I guess I will bite the near $180.00 but I repeat, do NOT do business with Factors, they are a scam!

I’ve been enjoying Factor Meals. They’re very convenient — the meals are already portioned and only need to be heated up, which fits perfectly with a busy lifestyle. It also helps with portion control while still getting the nutrients needed for the day.

A bonus is that they’re delivered right to the door, they’re delicious, and there’s a great variety of meal options to choose from.

Very disappointed that I cancelled this service and yet another delivery sent and charged. I should be refunded!!!

I am pleasantly surprised with the delicious entrees. The nutitional value is excellent with well needed vegetables. Thank you for your great service.

The food arrives on time and is carefully packed for transport.
The meals are usually very good and I particularly like those that contain many mushrooms.
Recently they cut down to six of the shrimp and they appear to be a smaller size than they were several months ago. I guess it’s a cost-saving measure but it’s not appreciated.
They have removed the low calorie butter chicken from being a standard meal to an occasional one. That’s a shame.
The beans have improved in several meals but the cut beans are still very stringy.
Most of the meals are very good but they have a lot of spicy dishes which are not my favourites.
I will continue to subscribe as it’s a great time saver.

I find the meals are more affordable overall than nearly every other meal service I looked into, and the food is really good! Any minor issues that have come up were resolved quickly and easily by staff who are quick to make it right. The only changes I would make, would be more keto meals to select from (or 2-3 stock options available every week), and the ability to buy gift cards or pre-pay for the order ahead of the weekly billing cycle.

Great meals just could have better explanation on when product is going to be delivered like seeing where it is at. Had confusion with last order was delivered outside delivery window.

Good portions great variety for meals

I used to choose factor a lot more frequently because I enjoyed the variety of keto/low carb options -I could always find 3 meals that I liked and felt were convenient healthy options -much better then grabbing fast food. Recently though the number of keto options has decreased significantly to only three choices, and often at least 2 of those options have the same ingredients -ie a chicken and a pork option, but both are covered in mushrooms which I dislike. After multiple weeks where I have struggled to find 3 meals I prefer, I think I'm going to have to give up and find something else.

I placed a Factor order for two handicapped adults that I am responsible for, so that they would have nutritious meals while I went on vacation, because they can’t cook properly for themselves.
On the day the delivery was scheduled for, the delivery window closed, and an hour later, I reached out to find out what happened to our order.
The response was that there was an issue with packaging, and that the order would be delivered the next day.
We received another message that there was an error with the courier company, and that was the reason for the delay, however, when the package finally arrived, it had been clearly sitting in a truck or warehouse overnight in the heat, because not one of the freezer packs was fully frozen, and we were forced to eat all of the meals before my vacation, in fear that they would spoil if we saved them, forcing me to make alternative arrangements for these people to have nutritious meals while I was away.
I reached out to Customer Service and told them the state that the package came in, and got no response.
Promptly cancelled my account.

I reached out to the Company today to see if there was anything that could be done, which I doubted, however, apparently I will be receiving a refund for the order in 3 to 5 days.
Not bad for a recovery effort.

Got tired of taste after tried some

This is the first time using factor. Away for work and my son needed meals easy to use and tasty. So far he is liking it and this is great.

I cancelled my subscription and they keep charging me and sending food.
Called them and complained and they still say, nothing they can do about a delivery that will happen in 4 days and I will still receive it and they already charged my credit card.
Wow!
It is harder then cancelling a gym membership.

Excellent variety and selection. I'm a pretty picky eater but there are always multiple meals that are appealing.

Food quality is excellent, both flavour and texture, not always the case for prepared meals.

Delivery is reliable and the ordering process is easy. Customer service is excellent. Prices are reasonable.

I enjoy nearly every meal. I take them to work each day and they are perfect for my lunch. The portions are perfect and the food tastes great. It also helps me get a well balanced diet. My only complaint is they need to give us some sort of filter so if I don't want a certain protein I can opt up, ie fish or seafood.

Honestly, Factor is pretty good. Quite satisfied with my experience so far. The only thing that prevents me from ordering more often is the fact that they do not have enough vegan options to sustain a good rotation of different meals. Vegetarian is too simple and common. Vegans like me want vegan foods, not just vegetarian. I will continue taking a look at their menu to see if they are increasing their vegan options ratio. I'm really enjoying the Factor meals that have been sent. They are quite flavorful and I find the portion sizes are perfect for myself. Very convenient for one person, and limits me from over eating.
Will continue to enjoy your product and highly reccomend them.
