In general food from factor doesn't taste good. I had a experience tgat one of the foods that I received was spoiled.
The cancelation procees is complicated that you can easily make a mistake and receive a box.

Stay away
Stay away. 1) Food is actually bad. It's like bad airline food.
2) Then the following week a payment was taken from my account for no reason. I then tried to contact customer service. FOUR TIMES. First they couldn't find my customer account - wasn't a problem to find my bank account however. They could also not see any order for me. But somehow they would answer gibberish question and end the chat. Stay away and do meal prep you'll save money and eat better.

The company delayed my order from our agreed time and just left the box in the shared hallway instead of bringing it in front of my door. I payed for 14 meals but only received 10... Their support is unreachable i have been waiting for 30 min on the dialer. HORRIBLE STAY AWAY 4 MEALS IS A LOT OF FOOD I HAD CONSIDERED FOR THE NEXT WEEK.

After four deliveries, the meal price seems to rise further to €8.99 plus the delivery charge.

My wife uses Factor and I've also tried…
My wife uses Factor and I've also tried a couple of the meals. It's very high quality and healthy for sure, plus interesting recipes. A couple of notes:
- Lactose free options: There are none. For some reason milk or cream is in almost everything! That does mean the sauces with the meals are delicious and creamy, but I just wish they'd use lactose free milk (not necessarily plant based, just lactose free cows milk/cream is also fine).
- portion size: A smaller concern. they do seem a little small, especially when you consider that these are quite expensive. For some with larger appetites this might not be great.
UPDATE: I should add that because none (or almost none) of the meals are lactose free I use a Factor competitor, whilst my wife sticks with Factor for now. Which is not ideal of course. I suspect that we'll be moving away from Factor at some point because of this.

I ordered specific dishes, they delivered absolutely random and 4 out of 6 dishes contain milk/cream (I specifically ordered dishes with a minimum of dairy products because I can't tolerate a lot of lactose)

Meals are repetitive and lacks…
Meals are repetitive and lacks creativity. Did it for 2 weeks but will not continue. The meals get boring at a point and could probably cook a better meal prep than this.

Spoiled food
I initially enjoyed their meals but I've been getting boxes with spoiled food for some time now and it seems getting worse over time... It's a shame because the food is good but I basically wasted money and had to throw out 4 out of 8 meals recently...

Perfect delivery, good food
Perfect delivery! A lot of people here seem to complain about the delivery, so I thought I would just say for the record the delivery was perfect every single time. Food was also good, only issue was that the keto options rely too much on broccoli.

Great meals
Great meals, limited vegetarian options
The meals were delivered on time, well packaged and had great taste. But as a vegetarian, I had only 2 meal choices, and the same repeat for next weeks as well. Having one or two more choices would have made this 5 stars for me.

Non reliable delivery
I ordered meal boxes in this company because they announce sunday delivery. So i was waiting on sunday as it was promiced but they canceled sunday delivery and put it on monday which is absolutly not possible for me. anyway, as they put early morning monday i decided to wait and... they did't arrive again! then i called to client service and asked to cancel delivery as i can't seat at home on working day and wait when they will show up. They returned me only a half of paid money! So what i have at the end: no food, which I relied on, and minus 25 euro for nothing! Update. they returned me the rest of money ofter my review, but still delivery service is not reliable.

The delivery window was initially…
The delivery window was initially morning—then it changed two hours later, meaning we had to stay for another two hours just to wait for this delivery on our day off. Make sure that you offer tight delivery windows or two hour increments and you commit to delivering within that window. This problem means I won't order Factor again, because our time is precious and we can't just be waiting all day for deliveries. I will go back to hello fresh, because they always deliver at 7:40am.
