The wonderful interaction with Steve was very helpful in getting the information I was looking for.

I break this document in to 2 pieces - table of contents and then actual contents. The actual contents are awesome - clear pictures and diagrams - couldn't be happier. The Table of Contents is, unfortunately, almost 50 pages and hard to work with spanned across so many pages. It's a small detail but a very time-consuming frustration to work around by having to use CTL-F and go through many many hits on a key word until you can find what you're looking for within the almost 50 pages of contents

I have recently purchase the repair manual for 2020 F-150 EB 3.5 and I have to say: it is on point!

I live in a very rural area where access to garage it is almost impossible, due to this I have to perform my own repairs and this product it is great. It comes with all the necessary information, diagrams, torque specifications and so much more.

At the beginning could be slightly overwhelming since the quantity of information is massive, but the more you go through and explore, it becomes easier and easier.

Delivery by the company was expedite. nothing much I can add honestly.

If for any reason you need to perform your own maintenance, this is an absolute banger!

Manual is specific to my car based on VIN. Nice you don’t have to skip through every version of something to get to your version.

this manual does not have enough info for repairs. I was thinking these would be like the old haynes manuals. this is all it covers.

I was looking for a wiring diagram for the starter. Doesn't even have any info on the starter. Would not buy this!!!!!!! waste of $30

The Quality of the Wiring Diagrams is Bad. Also the documents refers to sections that don't appears in the document. I don't recommend it.

I bought manual for my car. BEFORE purchase i contacted Factory-Manuals.com asking if the manual will cover mods i had to do in my car. It was adding rear fog light so i needed light switch detailed pinout and harness descriptions. The reply from Facory-Manuals was the the wiring schematics will by complete and will cover ALL MODELS. Note you have to provide your car's VIN so they will download the manual for you. So based on their reply i decided to purchase the full set for 129.99 USD. Guess what? I turned out that all the information i was looking for were missing. Most of the connectors described in the manual have missing pin designations. It's just because it was prepared based on specific VIN so if you plan any modes those manuals will be useless. The worst thing is BEFORE purchase they were very responsive, AFTER purchase ZERO replies. ZERO. So pay and shut up approach.

I recently purchased my second manual from Factory-Manuals.com, this one for an F10 M5 Competition, having previously bought one for a B8 Audi S5.

I'm just getting started with the M5 manual, but the S5 manual has already proven its worth. It contains a ton of detailed content, over 9,000 pages. I actually have a decent portion of the manual printed and in binders for quick access.

I’ve interacted with their customer service twice due to my own mistakes, and both times, Steve was quick to help and resolve my issues. On that note, I do recommend having the manual hosted by these guys. After all, it’s important.

What great customer service. I just bought a 2013 VW and searched everywhere for the service manual. Found this site and the transaction was easy. I did not mind the couple days it took them to build my book. The download was easy and now I have it in my tablet so when I need to work on my car, it will be easy to follow.

I bought the service manual for my 2017 Honda Pilot. The first copy I got from them was missing significant portions of the shop manual. After reaching out, they got right to work to fix the issue. After several weeks, they had me a new PDF service manual that was completely comprehensive with hyperlinks working and very easy to navigate. If it wasn’t for them, I don’t know where else I’d be able to get this from besides paying for Honda’s subscription HDS service which is so expensive. I would certainly buy from them again!

I was looking for a Service manual for my new Subaru, but could not find one. Searching online I ran across Factory-Manuals who did offer an electronic version. I was reluctant because of past experiences with ebay electronic manuals but ordered it anyway.
Much to my surprise, they responded in less than 24 hours with the genuine article totally as advertised.
I am very pleased with my experience.

I needed a new manual for a brand new truck, and for the price and the availability it was a really good fdezl or what I needed. It does what it needs to do.

2015 Ford Mustang GT

It's the real deal official entire Ford Shop Service Manual from cover to cover. Over 12 thousand pages including the comprehensive wiring diagram. You'll know it's a genuine Ford produced document when you see the last line of text at the bottom of every page. These .pdf files are not made from manual scans with crumby half blurry text and pictures where someone took a paper book apart and ran them though a scanner. These are original .pdf files created by the manufacturer with sharp crisp text and pictures. The only blank pages I have seen in the PDF file so far are in between sections in the manual and they are probably actually in the genuine manual also.

The PDF file "Bookmark" index is congruent with the actual index page of the manual. I've only clicked on about 5-10 hyperlinks on pages so far but they all work. All the hyperlinks in the manual main index pages work so far. All you have to do is learn Adobe Reader. To find parts, you can search through the index within the manual itself, then you also have the Adobe Reader "bookmarks" index, and also in Adobe's latest reader (2024) there is a word find function. In Adobe Reader, top right menu bar, click on magnifying glass symbol, click on 3 dots to get drop down menu, select "Whole words", type in the part that you're looking for (ex. "oil pan drain plug"), hit enter (**nothing will happen until you hit ENTER on your keyboard**), then scroll through the results by clicking on the (left arrow) (right arrow) symbols. Very simple. And then the most useful thing of all about a PDF file is that you can highlight text and then add a comment for the highlighted text in a section you want to bookmark for future reference. Then to go back and find your highlighted text, just click on the "comments" icon and scroll through all your highlighted text entries to instantly go back to stuff that you've already found so that you don't ever have to "re-find" anything.

The first thing I always do when I buy a car is buy the manual for it on day 1. I've been using Haynes Repair manuals for all my cars over the years but they don't make one for the 2015 Mustang. The paper Haynes Repair manuals were good but not as comprehensive as a Shop Service Repair manual. Would I rather have a paper manual? Yeah, but there's none being made for this car. Not to mention that paper shop service manuals are probably $200+. The PDF file is way adequate. I just plan on writing the torque specs down on a note pad before I get my hands dirty. Or actually you could print whatever pages out from the PDF file if you want to see the diagram/picture references when you're at your car doing the work.

A++. Totally worth the $129.
