These manuals are factory manual and comprehensive coverage of your specific vehicle as built. I have only had them a month and they have paid for themselves already ... I have no problem recommending these products. I purchased the Vehicle Manuals and Electrical Manuals for the 2 VW's.

While I was skeptical of this service I took a chance and wasn't disappointed. I received an email after roughly 24 hours apologizing for the delay. I was surprised given the stated delivery time is longer. I received an email with a link to the files shortly after the email apologizing for the delay. While it wasn't necessary I will never fault anyone for over communicating. Kudos!

The link was easy to follow as was downloading the manuals. The manual is delivered in a PDF format and easily searchable.

Nice searchable data file for the factory manual. I had some trouble downloading it, but the email assistance I received did the trick.

Make copies of the file....and I found the best way to extract ALL files is to use 7zip, a free download on the web. If you don't extract this compressed file completely, the index to all the subjects will not be able to open the html links...if this happens, try extracting again, using the 7zip extract menu button.

There are perhaps 1000 files, and they all have to be extracted. 7zip does this is one action...if performed correctly

Received manual quickly - exactly what I needed. I appreciated the extra verification of entering in my car's VIN, which meant I also got recall information and service information specific to my car. PDF very well-formatted and easy to navigate.

This manual is nice. Don't get me wrong but it's not what I needed at all. I needed something more useful for repairing the vehicle. I needed repair procedures and Vacuum diagrams and wiring diagrams. None of that is in this. I feel a little ripped off.

The manual delivery and quality were first rate. Recommended.

I do not like the new VW data organization. The ease of lookup was better in the old VW shop manuals.

The repair guide is very complete. On the other hand, the icons to join another file are non-functional. Also the manual does not give the description of the operation of the item in question ( from Subaru)

You can't beat the price for a full service manual for your vehicle. This is the second manual I have purchased from Factory-Manuals.com and I am very happy with both purchases. The communication throughout the process of ordering and retrieving the manual was excellent!

A couple of things to note: The hyperlinks throughout the manual don't work, but that is just due to the nature of turning the manual into a PDF. Also, even though there are many bookmarks for the document, it is still not very intuitive to find the section you need. I think a table of contents or an index would be super helpful to have, but again, I don't think they can do that just due to the nature of how they make the PDF. Anyway, the problem is easily solved by just using the search function of the PDF.

The manual was specific for the vehicle. The manual was well detailed with graphics and specifications. The digital format is awesome.

This is an excellent service. When opened with the correct pdf viewer all the indexing bookmarks worked and even the video links. I will use these guys again.

For my MY21 Crosstrek, I opted for both the service manual and wiring diagrams; the single downloaded file was 286MB in size and some 18,000+ pages! All bookmarks are intact and the file is searchable. My only gripe is that the embedded page links, referencing further information elsewhere in the manual, don't seem to work (both with Windows 7 and with Chrome). Still, with the search function, it's not a problem.
