I didn't know your product was going to be shipped via Amazon; I have been trying very hard to AVOID using Amazon services! Otherwise the product was good---although I don't believe there are any variables in vinegar that is 20% acetic acid---and the service was good.

Excellent website with a clear, user-friendly, logical presentation of materials, safety data, coverage calculator, logical FAQ, and easy peasy ordering. All these services put Factory Direct above others, but what hit it out of the park was the speed of the delivery (with tracking option available) and immediate, friendly customer service return calls (from someone that spoke English) puts them in a class by themselves.
