Just so you know, one of the bottles of Gone arrived with the top cracked. It was taped shut, and leaked just a little but arrived in pretty good shape. No harm no foul. I really like your products.

Great product. This time the container had a slight dent on it , but no crack. The top of the carton was moist as if the package was turned upside down and some of the vinegar leaked onto the carton top.

I ordered plumbing dye on Amazon, but Amazon lost the package. So, I found the seller and called, directly. I spoke with a super helpful customer service representative, and she gave me guidance on how to track down the package. In the end, I requested a refund from Amazon and ordered the dye from Factory Direct. Oddly, it was a $1 more, but I was willing to pay that for immediate shipping and helpful customer service. The item arrived two days later! Very pleased, all the way around.
