The price was great until shipping.
The price was great until shipping. Being rural I accepted the price only to be informed it couldn’t be delivered to my house by the company they use won’t deliver to my house. I still had to pay full shipping to their closest depot (30 minutes away). When I collected my item the delivery company advised that the Fast Factory were able to organise delivery to my residence and were unsure why they didn’t. Very frustrating after spending just under $400 for delivery.

Not quite the service I expected …
I liked the time between ordering and delivery, the brush and components looked good. BUT, as I opened the pack I noticed the contents was not quite okay. In that pack should be 6 equal tubes to conect the brush. There were 3 different sizes. When I asked a question I had to sent foto’s?? Okay i did. Also i asked how to connect the tubes because they were very difficult to connect to the brush. All I got was send foto or video. I expected more help and at least 6 new tubes but no. So if you ask are you satisfied, sorry, but no. I hope when I succeed to assemble the brush it will do the job.
