Hello!
I received the bike 3 days ago. The bike itself works beautifully. Two things I would like to declare. 1) the front wheel leaks. It takes two days and I have to pump it again. What shall we do about it?
2) I would like to buy new shorter steering bar stand. This one is about 12 cm long.

Great online service!
Great online service with very quick response when asking a question.
I was surprised to receive my new bike almost completely assembled except for a few minor adjustments such as seatpost, handlebars, and fork which has to be done by yourself anyways since every person is different.
I do not know how the after service is since I do not currently have a problem yet I will see in time, but for now super great service definitely deserves five stars.

Worst shop ever. Never buy from them.
They ship the items always with a lot of delay and are not able to even track their packs and help you in case of problems with the shipment. I will never ever buy again from their website.

leider hat uns die DHL das Paket zurückgeschickt, mit dem Hinweis, dass die Annahme verweigert wurde. Aufgrund dessen haben wir dann den Kauf storniert und das Geld erstattet. Hier sind wir leider auf die Angaben der DHL angewiesen.
