Very simple to set up an account and place orders. I especially appreciate the Insider option. It's really helping as a new small business owner to save a little extra on shipments.

Very easy to get registered as a new business and immediately qualify for 60 day net payment with $5000 available inc credit. The products are incredible, and everything that has arrived so far has been of the best quality. I can't wait to sell them at my first event this Saturday!

I have a complaint with shipping. My back order was 2 items and that means I paid $9 for each item. I think you need a system to alert back ordered items.

Very disappointing experience with this order.

I purchased approximately €199 worth of cups and saucers from Rinkit Ltd through Faire. The order arrived in a severely damaged outer box, and when I opened it, I found a significant number of the cups and saucers cracked, smashed or completely unusable.

I have extensive photographic evidence showing both the condition of the package on arrival and the damaged products inside.

What has made the experience even more frustrating is the delivery situation. My single order was split into two packages, and I have been faced with delivery/import-related charges of approximately €250 per shipment — around €500 in total — which is more than twice the value of the original purchase.

I understand that some shipping or import charges may be outside the supplier’s direct control, but the overall experience has been extremely disappointing. Fragile ceramic products should reach a business customer adequately protected and in saleable condition.

I have raised the matter formally and am seeking reimbursement for the damaged goods and clarification of the charges. I will update this review depending on how the issue is resolved.

The post about the soap was confusing. I thought I was getting the color shown, since there was no picture of any other colors.
