The maximum withdrawal amount from any bonus (including deposit bonuses, no-deposit bonuses, free spins and free bets) after completing the wagering requirements cannot exceed the initial bonus amount credited. Any amount exceeding this limit will be canceled.
The maximum amount that can be converted from your bonus balance to real money is equal to the amount of the bonus originally credited. Any winnings above that limit will be forfeited.

Those are the worst terms possible really. Why would anyone ever get a bonus there? I guess they count on people not reading them so they can get the big disappointment afterwards. That's just crazy. I thought 5x and 10x were terrible before but 1x!!!! Wow! I can't remember if I got any of their bonuses in the past because I never read the terms before but I have never won anything there anyways so it doesn't matter. Besides this they have some all right game providers.

U get cash back bonus 10% you must wager 45 times and when you win u only win the cashback amount so if your cashback is 20 bucks and you win the wagering requerment and your at let’s say example 200 bucks you only get the 20 bucks

I have been using this casino for a while and i can tell you its one of the worst ever!

Everything about this casino is quite good from the interface to the sports betting to the casino and deposits options and speed. You'll have a really nice experience until its time to withdraw your funds.

First, they insist you have to withdraw through the same method which you used for deposit, which isn't that bad, but after placing a withdrawal, the chances of receiving your funds is close to zero.

I placed my first withdrawal having done my kyc. It was rejected after about 5days saying i have to go through an extra verification process which i did. That took an extra 2 days to approve. I then placed another withdrawal. After waiting about 5 days, i contacted live chat severally but they tell you the same thing over and over. Like an automated message.

"Your withdrawal request is still being processed within the set time, so don't worry. According to our rules, it hasn't exceeded the set limit. The average withdrawal time can take from 10 minutes to several business days. Each transaction of our clients is processed manually to ensure maximum protection. Thank you for your understanding."

After a few more frustrating days i cancelled the withdrawal request and made another request for most of my balance.

I later heard testimonies from people who haven't received their withdrawal after 2 weeks, some after 10days. Someone who received theirs said it took 13 business days.
Ive never seen a casino who takes longer than 2 hours to process a withdrawal. Fairspin never lets you withdraw you money.

I held a Fairspin account for about 8 months, spent $1000s of dollars on it, but hadn’t taken a withdrawal. In May 2025, I figured I’d get verified since I was playing regularly on the platform. I was verified with no issues and received an email that I was now able to request withdrawals. A few days later, after depositing another thousand or so, I won back $1000 USD and requested a withdrawal. I was asked to do additional verification (selfie video) and I complied. This seemed strange because my identity was just fully verified a few days before, and $1000 is not a lot of money at all (plus it wasn’t winnings, I had deposited much more than that in the preceding week). All of a sudden, my account was blocked and they refused to pay my withdrawal. They said I violated a term and condition, when I registered a complaint with ask gamblers, the casino said I did not pass identify verification. I provided all the proof to ask gamblers, and the casino never provided the evidence to ask gamblers, to prove I had violated any conditions. Now I am out $1000. Again it wasn’t even winnings. If you search Fairspin casino reviews, you will see they do this to people very regularly, and they have gotten away with it. Stay very far away from this casino. It’s all good until you try to make a withdrawal! You can read about what happened to me on ask gamblers by looking at complaints under terms violation and by the casino name. My complaint remains unresolved because Fairspin has not provided evidence to the ask gamblers complaints team that I violated any conditions. It’s very sad- I’m an old man on a fixed income with terminal cancer.
