Unfair and Deceptive Practices – Avoid at All Costs!
I had an absolutely horrendous experience with Fairspin, and I feel obligated to warn others about their unethical practices.
First, they allowed me to deposit 0.11 LTC without any mention of KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements. However, when I tried to check if I could withdraw, they conveniently set the minimum withdrawal limit to 0.33 LTC — three times my deposit amount! This forced me to keep playing until I managed to double my balance. But when I finally went to withdraw, they suddenly slapped me with a KYC demand!
To make matters worse, my friend created an account to test this out, and we discovered a troubling pattern. Until you exceed their arbitrary withdrawal threshold of 0.33 LTC, they don’t even mention KYC. It’s only when you try to withdraw anything that they introduce additional hurdles like wagering requirements or manual verification steps.
The process is designed to harass and frustrate users. Even after completing the hoops, they demand intrusive details like a phone call or manual address verification — just to withdraw a measly $40! This level of scrutiny feels less like security and more like an attempt to exploit and wear you down until you give up your winnings entirely.
It’s clear that Fairspin prioritizes getting deposits without upfront transparency about their withdrawal requirements. And worse, the way they collect personal information feels suspicious. And we all know what why companies enforce KYC the way fairspin does, is to sell them to online brokers for even more. You're not only losing your deposit and winnings, but also your private information which is sold on god knows where!
This experience has left me deeply disappointed, and I urge anyone considering this platform to stay far away. Fairspin’s practices are misleading, invasive, and downright exploitative.
Do yourself a favor: don’t fall for it like I did!
Edit after their reply : They kept repeating the same thing over and over during our email exchanges. As I mentioned before, they’re either bots or attempting to make you believe they’re regulated, which isn’t true for a Curacao license. Such a license holds little to no value since anyone can obtain one by simply paying a fee. Stay away from them to avoid losing your money and, more importantly, your personal data, which they usually sell to third parties for more profit.
