John was great. Made the whole process simple, efficient. The people here are professional and make everything easy to understand and quick to finalize.

Cass is great. Easy to deal with, she explains everything out leaving nothing to be guessed in assumed. Funds were deposited into my account very quick.

This is a predatory business that should be avoided at all cost.

If you want a loan that your gonna pay on for the rest of your life I would recommend them and if you enjoy phone calls monthly asking to loan you more money at insane interest rates

Loan was fast and a fairly easy application process. Got the money I needed at the time fast. Great service to have if ever in a financial bind. Interest rate was high but mostly because I was rebuilding my credit as well. Would definitely use again

The service at the Fort Saskatchewan branch was amazing. The only thing that stands out I'd Head Office could be quicker at the removal of your loan from the Credit Bureau.

Their system issued a misspayment on my report which lowered my credit card . Although I was a costumer with them for 3 years and never missed a payment.

Fast easy curious. Was extremely easy ti facilitate. Very friendly and made me feel at ease.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with George and the staff at Fairstone in Windsor they were amazing and very very personable we absolutely do business with them again highly recommend things were simple and fast the only downfall is their office is like a closet but don’t let that deter you from their capabilities thanks for all your help guys look forward to working with you again next time we need a bridge ❤️

The ladies at the Trenton branch are exceptional, always going above and beyond especially their manager there, always so pleasant, very straight to the point, tells you how it is!

The entire process was easy and quick. Rashid at the Milton branch was extremely helpful and always responsive. Top marks and I would recommend them!

The Brampton branch, especially the Indian woman who works there, lacks work ethic. She was nice until you sign the contract; after a few days, you realise she added an extra “benefit” you never asked for or even knew was there—an unexpected $700 mistake.
