The moment you enter the customer service & sales office till your mortgage settlements ,the Fairview teams are constantly working behind the scenes to get you settled in quickly. They are absolute gem to the business.
No company is greater without their wonderfull employees who goes extra mile to see everything is ok with us , and I must mentions few names here who are indeed absolute Gem & great assets to the Fairview company and cannot be missed without appreciating , starting with David Dee even we met him once but we never forgot his name,beautiful & our most favorite person Suzy Hajdari who has really really looked after us very well for everything that we need or enquire about to have a peace of mind, a great person Bass Boules who made sure we are always taken care and made sure we fine, every time we meet him,Paul who has well explained & demonstrated us our new home and ofcourse all the others who worked behind the scenes.All are  great people in the business but the four names stand tall in the business.

Reece at Southall Grove was absolutely amazing, right through from the initial telephone call to signing off and subsequent paperwork. He was patient and treated me like I 'was his Mum'! I called on a whim, and Reece's manner enabled the booking of a viewing- no pressure at all. Other colleagues, Bass and Suzi were just as helpful and gracious. A great team who really know what customer service is!

Jury, Monica and the wider FV Sales team is very helpful and supportive. We bought a flat in Cello Court last year and they very calmly guided us through the sales process. Their post sales service is also very appreciative as they make sure any queries we are raising are being looked into.

We had an overall great experience with Monica during the purchase of our first home. She was really professional, took her time to guide through the whole process and always made sure to be available to answer any questions we had.

Max was fantastic! Super patient, friendly, and took the time to show us properties without any pressure. Made the whole experience easy and enjoyable!

I had a wonderful experience... All the staff members were extremely helpful, polite, professional and explained everything clearly.
They understood our needs and tried their best to get the deal finalised by addressing all our doubts as well.
From the beginning till finalising everything they've been there to answer any queries we had.

Everyone was helpful throughout the process but the legal aid the company suggested were not very transparent and helpful regarding the terms. Not very clear regarding the miscellaneous charges and terms and conditions of Fairview. Jury and Mursal were very polite and helpful .
