The team at park quarter were so helpful and very kind!

I’ve had a wonderful experience with the staff; they’ve been amazing and incredibly helpful, especially Monica, who has been with us since the beginning of the house process.

Yesterday I viewed several apartments with Qasim. He was extremely helpful and provided a lot of useful information. Much appreciated!

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Fairview New Homes, and I feel compelled to share it to warn other potential buyers.
I was genuinely interested in purchasing a flat from them. After two viewings and being offered some attractive incentives, I decided to make an offer almost immediately. The sales representative was very pushy, strongly encouraging me to sign a reservation as soon as possible. Given that I had funds ready and a strong profile as a first-time buyer, I agreed and signed the reservation on Sunday, 23rd November.
From that point, I spent several days in back-to-back meetings with mortgage brokers to secure a good rate. I even planned a third viewing for the following Saturday but tried to bring it forward to Thursday to expedite the process and finalize the mortgage sooner.
Here’s where things took a shocking turn:
When I reached out to the same sales representative to move the viewing forward, I received no response—calls and messages went unanswered.
I then checked online and saw their office listed as “temporarily closed”, which was very strange (DODGY if you ask me).
The next day, I received a call from their head office (hidden number - probably to cover their tracks) informing me of the most unbelievable news: the flat I had reserved was sold to a large investor who allegedly purchased the entire building (a 20-floor building with roughly 6 flats per floor—do the math). Surely you don't negotiate a £48m sale overnight so i am convinced this was premeditated.
This raises serious questions:
What is the point of a reservation if the property is still being advertised and sold elsewhere?
How can you actively market flats to retail buyers while negotiating a bulk sale of the entire building behind the scenes?
Is ethical conduct not a requirement at Fairview New Homes? (obviously not)
When I asked for compensation for the opportunity cost, financial impact, and emotional stress caused by what I consider a clear breach of the reservation agreement, their response was essentially:
"Sorry, but not sorry. Goodbye."
I had heard questionable things about this company before, and my experience sadly confirms them. If you value transparency, ethics, and reliability, I STRONGLY advise you to think twice before dealing with Fairview New Homes.

We recently viewed some apartments in a new development with Qasim, and he made the whole experience really comfortable. He was friendly, genuinely helpful, and never rushed us. Qasim took the time to answer all our questions clearly, which we really appreciated. We left feeling confident and well-informed.

My partner and I have had a lovely experience purchasing our first home. Our advisor Mursal guided us through the entire process without any pressure to purchase throughout. She was very attentive and was able to answer all our questions with ease. The process of making the purchase was also very easy and everyone at fairview were knowledgeable and communicative on what the next steps were for us. We are very happy with the result and can't wait to move into our new property!

Excellent service and a very approachable and efficient team. I couldn't believe I was in my new flat within 6 weeks.
Sam was great at finding me a flat that really suited me which included parking.

I made an appointment with Qasim to see a few apartments in the Fairview development in Brentford. He was super friendly and helpful from the start and handed me a coffee straight away (much needed). We went to see 1 and 2 beds. Qasim went through sq feet, prices etc and I went away with some brochures and options going forward. A lovely experience all around

Suzie has been absolutely amazing today. She took the time to show us multiple plots and went out of her way to accommodate our affordability and preferences. Her patience, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help made the whole experience far more reassuring and enjoyable. We truly appreciate her effort and dedication, and she is a real credit to your team.

Disaster. I bought my Fairview flat 11 years ago and investigations since Grenfell have meant years of uncertainty regarding fire safety. Cladding is the smallest part of the problem. We were due, after years of uncertainty, to move out for 8 weeks early next year whilst the flat totally reconfigured to make it safe. That has just been moved to 13 weeks out late next year. It seems unlikely this is this is the final deal.
The ceiling, some of the walls and perhaps some floor will be ripped out and replaced - that’s how dangerous the original build quality has proved to be. Comunal areas require extensive work too.

Jury was so helpful to us purchasing our first home from the beginning to finalise it. She has acted very quick on every stage whenever we needed help to get some answers to our questions. It is a pleasure to know her.

Simple review not too much back and forth but the quality and materials used in their properties are below basic. They use the worst products for the highest profit. Been through leeks from flats above completely ruining the house to the point where we had to move out for months with no reimbursement at all. Customer service are not the most honest or nicest people either.
Honestly when you see the name on any building site or properties stay as far away as you can.

Dear Monica
You went above and beyond to help me with buying my Flat. Your support and professionalism made a real difference during a very important time in my life. Please accept my heartfelt appreciation. What you did has stayed with me, and I’m grateful.

I’d like to extend my sincere thanks to Max, who has been exceptional in showing me around several apartments and consistently going the extra mile to answer my questions. Although I didn’t end up purchasing at Print Makers Yard, I truly appreciated Max’s flexibility and proactive approach throughout the process. He’s a real asset to Fairview, and I wish him continued success in all he does.

I have not purchased with Fairview, but completed 2 viewings at the Silverton with Sarah. I originally liked the property enough to bring my partner along for the second viewing. During/after this second viewing, we both felt Sarah had been quite pushy with the sale and was almost using scare tactics to try and get us to put an offer in. As first time buyers this was overwhelming. After her trying several times to try and get an offer there and then (such as “oh but you’ll be upset if it goes” and “if you both like it then why not make an offer now”), we said we wanted time to think. I was then hassled by her and another colleague multiple times the following week, and then told her we had decided to look for freehold instead. She then asked me to leave her an “obviously good review” which made me feel uncomfortable. Since then, I’ve been texted several times from Fairview, periodically saying “ Last 2-bed! Stunning 2-bed, 2-bath show home for £500K + up to £25K top-up. Act fast - this will go quickly! (And then the Silverton email address)“. I had asked to be opted out of all communication several weeks ago so I have no idea why I’m still being pestered. I just called up Fairview to ask why I’m still being contacted and asked to take off the list, and the lady who answered was rather blunt and not apologetic at all. Based on all of this, we have been left with a sour taste of Fairview and completely put off them. If Sarah had been less pushy, we may have gone for a third viewing and made a decision.
*Update on 12th September at 13:26pm. Just got called by the silverton. Decided to ignore the call as I clearly stated I want no further communication with the Silverton or fairview. Decided to call back 20 mins later so find out why I was being pestered once again. Spoke to a man who apologised on fairview’s behalf and admitted I was only opted out of communication 2 days ago (10th September). Not his personal fault so apology accepted and I appreciate him reaching out.

Extremely poor sound proofing. I have contacted Fairview and am waiting for a resolution before I write a FULL review sharing the exact issues I am facing.
In response to your reply -
The sound test carried out was NOT carried out in the room in question and on the opposite side of the apartment.
Unfortunately a pass in the kitchen does not mean the other rooms would also pass.
Interestingly, when I was sent the sound tests for my apartment layout, the majority of tests (all but one) were carried out in the kitchen area only.
It is unfortunate that your company refuses to complete a sound test for the room in question.
I await your response and outcome before adding further information to this post.

We were helped by Max, Bass, Elizabeth, and Lina and others from Fairview to buy a 1bed flat.
We were quite anxious and thought we weren't ready to buy a house yet, but they made a great deal with us to ensure that we could get it, with a generous incentive.
They remained professional and helpful from the start until completion, which was a nice delight as I usually had much duller experience from other companies and my idea of the industry had been at a low bar, but they definitely managed to raise it.
Thanks all, will definitely recommend to my friends!

We had the pleasure of doing a few viewings with Maximilian in Silverton, and I can honestly say he’s been the best so far. If I were trying to find a fault, I genuinely couldn’t. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and completely professional from start to finish.
What really stood out was how well-prepared and informed he was about each property, it made the whole experience feel smooth and reassuring. His approach wasn’t pushy at all, just helpful and attentive, which made us feel comfortable asking questions and taking our time.
I walked away from the viewings genuinely happy and impressed. If you're looking for someone who knows their stuff and actually listens to what you're looking for, I couldn’t recommend Maximilian more highly.
