Efficient service in sending gift voucher to me

Voucher purchased and delivered as promised

Excellent service, ordered voucher online, phoned to check it would get to me on time, as It was a late order, the lady I spoke to kindly hand delivered this to my address on her way home. Thank you.

I enjoyed the chance to join with like minded people to learn something about vegetable growing and kick start beginning the new growing year. I'm glad we're booked onto to the compost workshop. Informative and friendly

A very positive experience. I commanded a gift voucher for a family member living in the region and needed help to do so being outside of the UK. All the people on the end of the telephone or by e mail were charming and very helpful. Thanks again, and Fairweathers is visibly as nice a place now as I remembered it from the 1980's

We came for xmas lunch at Steffs Kitchen & the service & food was very good.

The Father Christmas tea was so enjoyable for adults as well as the children

Booked tickets for the Agapanthus talk and demonstration by Mr Fairweather. He was very informative and helpful with any questions related to the plant. Needless to say I came home with five Agapanthus to add to my collection.

Easy to make order on website that was sent quickly

I am disabled and want to find out more about agapanthus. I have booked tickets online and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Before I bought tickets I checked the venue was wheelchair accessible. With peace of mind that I could enter the village hall I bought 3 tickets and I am really excited about the event. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and informative. I always enjoy visiting the garden centre and now using their website is just as much fun!

Problems with online systems though I’m delighted there is an emerging system getting going. Consequently used phone contact and all the staff I spoke to ( it’s not clear you need to press for plant shop to buy gift tokens) were incredible - helpful, patient, polite and speedy in service. I’m delighted with the fact that the tokens arrived when promised and everything was in order.

Bought my dad gift vouchers for his 81st birthday- he was delighted!

Placed my order online for gift vouchers which were a gift for someone who lives local to the garden centre. They were delivered very promptly with a nlmessage included at my request. Excellent service all round.

I am still waiting for news of gift vouchers I ordered and paid to have delivered.....

I would like to add that I have now received and also a follow up call explaining they had been sent but strikes have caused this problem. I'd like to change my review to reflect this ..

Purchased the ‘ Tea with Santa ‘ for my son. Very easy to order and very quick emails to confirm receipt of order.
