Purchased an ornament from fairyspark. It arrived by Evri from CaiNiao. It arrived broken. Fairyspark did at least refund it promptly but I find their website and promotion very similar to Contrivek which purports to be a US couple. Fairyspark has all the signs of being chinese junk seller and I will not be buying anything from them again.

I received the dress on time and I got a quick reply when I asked them when it is arriving. The fabric is nice, the sawing lines nice, compared to the money you spent on the dress. I would recommend to my friends!

I am very satisfied my order. The dress I bought from this website is very beautiful. Way better than I expected.

First of all fairyspark is wonderful to have contact with. Agent Jennifer answers quickly and is very very nice.

No sign of items ordered. No reply to email.

I do wish the tulle was softer, but maybe with another layer it would be fine. Considering the price compared to other tulle skirts, I would definitely recommend.

The dress was over the top good. Good quality, good fabric, and good sewing work! The lace is soooooo beautiful!

I will be honest, I was EXTREMELY nervous! I ordered the dress and then read more and more reviews and saw that the they were not happy with their dress. The dress came in a plastic bag instead of a sturdy box! I opened it up and it was not the dress I ordered!. After a while I figured out the dress was packged inside out. Lol! I finally got to open it and try it on! It fit PERFECTLY! For such a low cost dress, it's literally the best thing ever! Agent Vivian always messaged me back and stayed so patient with me! I would most definitely recommend!

I will have to take the sleeves in for a more fitted look, which I have absolutely no problem with. I am very pleased and will be referring them to anyone.

Do not be afraid to order anything from fairyspark! You will not be disappointed!

Cheap and Nasty Product, except it wasn't that cheap. Note to self... Read Trust pilot reviews first EVERY time.

Never received - same product under a different name (packaging and logo identical) is sold on Amazon for a 1/3 of the price.

I was about to order some cleaning spray but after reading these reviews I won't bother

Customer service is so bad and non existent. I tried to amend my order within 2 mins of placing it. I emailed 3 more times and each time had no reply.
The order was distributed 2 weeks after placing it and finally I was then emailed to say it couldn’t be amended as had been sent. I have emailed since then and again no reply.
Order took 2 weeks to arrive after dispatch. Will not be using again!

Last December I ordered 3 magnetic padded windscreen covers with wing mirror covers, as advertised, for Christmas gifts. They took weeks to arrive, and were flimsy bits of silver coated plastic, with no padding, no magnets or mirror covers. I have emailed many times asking for a refund for their falsely advertised rubbish. I was told they would only refund 1/2 the cost,if I returned them to an address in China at my own expense. I refused to do this. They do not respond to my subsequent emails or answer their phone, & have not issued a refund.
They need reporting to the U.K. Trading Standards..as they are a fake company fleecing innocent buyers & getting money under false pretences.

Do not order!! They clearly take your money in the hope you won't be able to get it back!! Credit card was used, luckily, so the money will be requested back via the credit card company.
How do these people continue to "trade".

Placed an order but the status hadn't changed in over a week. After checking the reviews here I was rather concerned I'd never see the product or get a refund.
However I emailed them anyway to see what was happening, they responded really quickly saying the product I ordered was out of stock and that I could either wait, or have a refund.
I requested a refund and they confirmed they would return the payment within 3 - 5 days. I received the refund via PayPal that same night.

Ordered on 7th December a windscreen cover with mirror covers. I had an item delivered on 21st January, imaging my surprise when I opened this long awaited delivery to find a pair of ear muffs. I have a citreon c4 grand picasso, I don't think ear muffs are going to help my screen stay clear.
To start off with, communication was fine however when I queried my delivery information being in Italian, all communication stopped.

I placed an order on 13th November 2022 and shave still not received it. I just get an automated answer to the emails I have sent.
