Perfectly satisfied
I was suspicious given the mixed reviews here on trustpilot, but I have to say that my order arrived 10 days after I put it in (ahead of time: the website states the expected wait time for my products - Lola Cosmetics - is 15-25 days), and everything is there and intact. I'm perfectly satisfied with them, especially given the very good delivery price to Germany, and I'll be ordering again from them in the future.

I ordered a product on November 18, 2019 and here it is the end of February and I have not received it. After several emails back and forth they refuse to refund my money and I have no product that I purchased four months ago!

No customer service!
Re order no. P003176. My order arrived this morning ( Montibel lo Smart Touch 12-in-1 Biphase Conditioner 400ml). The bottle was empty and cracked, all the contents had leaked out. I tried ringing them but all I heard was a recorded message, initially saying someone would answer shortly then, the office was closed! I have tried to contact customer service by their contact page but the message says “ unable to deliver”. Feeling very frustrated and not sure what to do now 😡
