I would strongly recommend Family Payroll company to anyone who requires support with their payroll. They are always ready to offer advice and support on the telephone, and I have them both knowledgable and helpful in dealing with major problems or strait forward issues.their customer service is excellent.

Family Payroll excels at removing all the bureaucracy involved when hiring a nanny. They communicate quickly and efficiently, making the process as easy as possible for both the employer and the employee.

100% reccomend FP I have been using them for several years as I have 2 PAs supporting my daughter . They have been outstanding and go above and beyond to help communication 1 is fantastic usually back to you within a few hours or same day . Steven is very friendly and talks you through everything I wouldn’t use another payroll provider . Pam and Steven made the transition from previous payroll providers at the start for us and learned new things about how it should be run compared to how my previous payroll ran things (they where a nightmare ) so if in doubt make the change to Family Payroll you won’t be disappointed 😀

We used Family Payroll for nearly two years whilst employing a nanny. Stephen has been an absolute star throughout - very friendly, always quick to respond to queries, willing to help. Excellent service! Not once did I have to worry about payroll, taxes or sorting any other HR-related matters. I have been using Family Payroll for the last 3years for wages and pensions, I employ 6 staff to support my son and I must say that FP have been a great help for me nothing is too much trouble they get things done which is one less worry for me.
I would highly recommend FP to anyone that needs this kind of support the staff are always very nice when you have a problem nothing is too much trouble for them.

I transferred to family payroll in 2022 and right away I found them extremely helpful to both myself and staff. They provided a seamless transition from my old provider.
Since then they have provided an excellent service which is efficient, timely, knowledgeable about any changes and helpful when I ask for guidance.
There method of gathering payroll information is easy for a technically challenged person like myself.
I have never found them to find my endless questions to be too much trouble. As a matter of fact someone always answers me in a timely manner and often offers to walk me through whatever I am needing completed.
I would recommend them to anyone who requires payroll and/or pension needs for their staff.

The Family Payroll is a life saver. We decided to hire a nanny to take care of our daughter but had no clue of the consequences (ie becoming an employer, having the person we wanted to hire to register as a nanny so we could benefit the TFC, etc). They supported us navigating it all and answered all our questions. Their payroll process is streamlined and easy to take care of every month, it’s not an added burden for us which is so important. And through all of this they are very kind and swift to answer.
