I am so thankful I stumbled across Family Credit Management. It has been hands down the best decision to go with them. Before I came across them, I was getting so many phone calls, texts, emails to the point that it was annoying and felt defeated. The difference with FCM is that I was able to communicate with them by text and email. Which worked best for me so that I could respond when I could during work. The process was throughly explained and was such an easy process. FCM has lifted this heavy burden off my shoulders. I’m looking forward to being debt free! Thank you FCM, you guys are fantastic and wonderful!!

This big step was worth it
This was a big step for me, trying to stop balancing all of my debt and stay afloat. One big vet bill made everything crumble to the ground. Reaching out for help was terrifying and embarrassing . But Family credit management was very helpful and quick to respond. They didnt pressure me with phone calls, they actually offered phone,text or email as ways of communication. Communication was smooth and they thoroughly answered my questions.

Unfortunately, our industry does have some bad actors that rely on pressure tactics and nonstop phone calls, and we know that is the last thing people need when they are already stressed. That is one of the reasons we started offering enrollment options that do not even require a phone call if someone is more comfortable communicating by text or email. We have found a lot of people appreciate being able to move at their own pace without feeling pressured.
