I thought i was creating a google…

I thought i was creating a google account but 'somehow' created an account with FamilyShopLife which meant I signed up for a subscription and charges. The agent 'MAX' on chat has cancelled it all and refunded (refunds take 7-10days).

I had email saying I won shine box just…

I had email saying I won shine box just to pay postage £ 2 ( now I know very silly of me but at the time I really thought i was lucky winner) so I did put my details- thankfully I used my top up card....on the same day £1.67 was deducted from my account but company was called familyshoplife and not shine...so that was strange. Yesterday this company was trying to take out £39.92 but I didn't have enough money in that account so payment was declined

DO NOT DEAL WITH FAMILYSHOPLIFE!

They deduct money from your account fraudulently. They will then inform you that they will pay it back, but don’t.

STAY RIGHT AWAY!!!
