They lie in their customer service, promising a refund, you only get half back, which is NEVER mentioned, didn't even sign up to their website so shouldn't have too our money. Untrustworthy.

I recently tried getspotstime.com for online shops, and unfortunately, it hasn’t worked out for me. Despite being excited to give it a try, I’ve found that I’m unable to fully use the service as intended. This has been frustrating, as I had high hopes for it, but technical issues or limitations have prevented me from making the most of my subscription.
That said, I do want to highlight the excellent customer service I received from Emerald. The support team was responsive and genuinely tried to assist me with my issues. I really appreciate their prompt and helpful responses, even though I ultimately wasn’t able to make the service work for me.
While my personal experience wasn’t great, I know others may have a different experience, so I would recommend trying it if you’re interested. Hopefully, the issues I faced are isolated, and the service works better for others
