They are a scam.
They are a scam hiding under the guise of silly terms and conditions to double charge people over one fake subscription. I'm so sad right now thought I was on Shein site then landed in family shop and pen shop. Refund my money theu refused, cancel my subscription they responded with cancelling it after they must have charged for my next top up. They are scammers

After leaving a bad review previously, the company then got in touch to inform me they would give me a refund, if I changed my review to 5 stars first. However I’m not one for BRIBERY and have consoled myself with the fact I would not be getting my money back. Have a nice day!

This site is a scam! I never received anything from almost 4months ago but every month they take £5.14….FOR WHAT?! I’ve reported this site as being fraudulent and my bank is currently investigating.

Scam company, that mascarade as a Temu, Shein, type online retailer. I purchased what I thought was an item from an outlet called Last minute deals, for car seat covers and paid. I proceeded to my email, for order confirmation and it turned out that my payment was for a subscription to Familyshoplife. There was no mention on the Car seat covers website of this company, so it seems that Familyshoplife, have piggybacked onto the Car seat covers website.
Please avoid at all cost. I have spoken to their customer service dept, who have now immediately cancelled my subscription. I now need to approach my credit card provider to block any other payments as they now have my credit card details.
Next stop!!...Trading standards

scam company. this company will email you under a false well known company, in my experience they emailed me pretending to be SHEIN. and offering a free mystery box, with only the postage to pay. you ae sent to a survey that looks like a genuine survey from SHEIN. once survey is complete you are sent to a payment page to complete, once payment has been made,the emails will arrive stating you have a subscrption at £48 every two weeks the first payment starting in two days. Fortunately i managed to get a block on this company from taking payments from my bank

I wanted to buy an Air up water bottle from them. Instead, the signed my up to a subscription and took £9 which i can't get back. They tried to take €40 which my bank blocked. Avoid

Good customer service that dealt with complaint promptly. My complaint was that i was charged for a subscription without it being made clear. It's well hidden in the T&Cs!
