Expensive.
Super expensive, I bought stuff here and let them take like 1-5p off of me just being generous and they still have the audacity to charge 10p for a bag, I’ll just go to premier instead.

Family Shopper 456 Ashley Rd, Poole BH14 0AD
BEWARE VISITING FAMILY SHOPPER ASHLEY RD THEY ARE THIEVES AND CROOKS
My young daughter paid for her mobile phone top up out of her allowance money , she received a “top up voucher” that was not accepted by the phone’s service providers because customer services explained , “that voucher has already been used by some one else!!” THEY TOOK HER MONEY AND GAVE HER AN OLD VOUCHER ALREADY CLAIMED BY ANOTHER CUSTOMER!!
When I explained this to the Shop Owner he REFUSED TO REPLACE OR REFUND!!! Than incredibly he just said “go try Another Shop” and walked away??! When we complained this was unfair to a young person who had saved up for her phone he arranged for some guy working for him to stand behind us while were trying to talk to him to escort us out of the shop.. THESE PEOPLE ARE HEARTLESS SWINDLERS AND FRAUDSTERS!
Very rude man who works there , always grumpy and uninviting wouldn’t give me my parcel delivery told him I hadn’t got a code and usually show ID but wouldn’t give me it will no longer use this shop for his attitude
I’ll be completely honest here by saying that I do like a beer. I see myself as a connoisseur of all things ale. Some may say it’s a problem, others may say I’m here for the complete love of the game.
Having heard the tales of Family Shopper Grantham, I thought to myself this cannot be true. However on entry I am greeted by a sign that says “BEER CAVE”… Instantly, my curiousity is at an all time high.
I walked in and what am I greeted by? Not only a large room with all the ale. But a refrigerated room. All beers at optimum temperature. I’ll be honest I got quite emotional as this doesn’t happen too often.
I would like to thank the owner, all the staff and the family shopper brand itself for bringing me this level of happiness and joy. I cannot recommend enough.
Ever since I started using the family shopper for the amazon pickup counter, the man who runs the shop has been very unfriendly toward me, he is always grumpy and off hand, he ignores me when I say hello, ignores me when I say thank you, he is a very rude man and obviously has no respect for english women. He would not dare shout his head off at me if I were a man would he!
Amazon delivery drivers keep scanning my amazon pick up parcels as handed to resident, meaning I live at the family shopper property and reside there, e.g. I purchased the goods and live at the family shopper and therefore no pick up code is required. However, I am an amazon customer trying to pick up my parcel from the amazon counter. Therefore, my parcel should be scanned as amazon pick up so I have a code to collect my parcel. I have written notes on the address on my amazon account to help the drivers but they dont even bother to read them.
No matter what I say the shop keeper keeps demanding the code. I keep saying I do not have one because my parcel was marked by the driver as delivered to the resident. I keep going round in circles, he obviously does not understand what handed to resident means. He asks me what I want, I said without a code the package cannot be tracked and trigger it's return. I also said if it never gets picked up for return either throw it away or let me have it since I ordred it in the first place. He then starts shouting his head off at me what do I want as if I have't told him enough times already. I tell him to stop getting angry with me as I have done nothing wrong. Then he finally says amazon will take it back tomorrow but as there is no pick up code to track it and scanned as delivered to resident how can it be returned? I hope it does go back to the seller as it belongs to them and the seller did nothing wrong just like me!
This bad tempered very rude asian man needs to rein his neck in and ask for more training with amazon pick up instead of shouting his head off at female customers, which is extremely rude and very initimidating.
I have since got a full refund end of. I wont be collecting any further parcels from the family shopper. I deserve to be treated with dignity and respect just like anyone else whether male or female. I do not deserve be shouted at by the shop keeper because he does not understand english or how the amazon system works.
I wont be going back there, quite frankly I have had enough of being shouted at by him. I will never shop there either. I will go elsewhere to collect my amazon pickup purchases !!!!!!!
Male shop keeper didn't care to locate parcel and left it to me to find it in an orange 1.2m by 1.2m box left at the side of the store (this is the first time I have encountered a shop keeper telling me to locate my own parcel, giving me access to other shoppers' parcels, and I was able to see shoppers' data including their names, addresses, etc.). When I couldn't locate my parcel, the male shop keeper said I was "late" and "not within the timeframe" when I was clearly there on the 2nd day of the 3-day timeframe. He dismissed me and still insisted I was late before his wife stepped in and looked through the mere top layer of the 1.2m by 1.2m box and told me it's not there and I should take it up with InPost. Just pure laziness and ridiculousness to insist shoppers search for their own parcels in a pile of hundreds of parcels left out in the open. Every other shop keeper has their parcels behind their counters and locate customers' parcels by obtaining their names and verifying their IDs during a collection. They sent me on my way only for my husband to return 1 minute later with our parcel. It magically appeared and when I returned to let them know they shouldn't have just insisted I was "late" and sent me on my way, the male shop keeper began raising his voice and denying that he dismissed me by insisting I was late in collecting my parcel while the lady shop keeper accused me of "arguing". Pfft! What a way to deny accountability and an apology. Besides the obvious lack of data protection and protection of parcel theft, I had a parcel sent from the very same shop only for it to be rendered missing. This shop needs to be unlisted as a parcel shop provider for obvious reasons.
PS. This was actually InPost's second attempt at delivering my parcel to this store. This first was made unsuccessfully for reasons only known to this store, before it was attempted a second time successfully, only to be dismissed by the shop keepers who obviously couldn't care less about the logistics of being a parcel shop provider.
