Have purchased some Harry Potter jewellery from Fanci Me - items are lovely and the packaging is next level. Would recommend to others.
Only thing to flag is the sizing is relatively small - if you are larger you may want to check the length of items prior to purchase (i.e. necklace/bracelet length).

Express shipping doesn't work
I ordered a gift for my girlfriend on December 14 and payed for express shipping, 2-4 business days.
Today, 4 business days after my purchase, the product is still in Hong Kong, and it was not even delivered to FedEx.
I sent a message on Instagram but didn't received an answer.

I'm changing my rate because I think the company solved my problem properly, with good communication and they also refunded the value of the express shipment
