Ordered my son 3 anime hoodies. They are exactly as described and he loves them. Really soft material. Probably should have gone a size bigger so they are baggier!! Shipping was just over a month which wasn’t too bad

I am very pleased with my purchase and the great offer of the Website.
My products that i have had delivered to me were for the most part in good condition,
the material is soft and nice to wear.
Totally to recommend, just on one sweater a seam was a little bit open, but not bad. (barely to see)

I bought two hoodies and after 2 weeks, the merch is arrived!
I'm in Italy so maybe for other countries the delivery is faster.
I am truly impressed with the quality.
They've done a great job with the design, one hoodie was the iron spider suit, which is very hard to print.
The material is quite soft and well made, perfect for spring.
So far so good, i am glad i bought those hoodies because i love them!

I had a great experience with my purchase. My items came in true to size and are great in quality. Fandomion’s Marvel merch is so extensive that I will probably purchase again in the future!

I like the shirts, they are a little bit big even if I choosed the good sizes. Shipping time was okay, almost in a month.

My son ordered a hoodie from these guys 8 weeks ago. It finally turned up today. Thin and poor quality (shiny polyester) for a $50+ price tag (with shipping).
Very disappointing and won’t use again ...

The merch I ordered was great. Not only were the designs very nice and unique. The quality was also amazing. Although the hoodies were thin, they were warm and perfect for the spring or fall in my opinion. I would definitely buy from here again since the prices were affordable too.

Having placed an order in February, it took over a month for items to arriving one at a time. 3 items were good, t shirt and 2 hoodie, not exceptional quality, but decent for the price and my daughter loved the designs. 4th item however arrived clearly worn and stained. Upon reporting this they said I could keep it and have a 10% refund, increased to 20% when I refused. I asked for a replacement or a full refund. They ignored my messages for sometime, so I opened a PayPal dispute and they responded immediately asking me to close the case before they would send a replacement. I was advised not to close the case until resolved. Fandomiom then wanted me to return the dirty old t shirt at my own cost, which I refused.
The advantage of using PayPal in thos instance is that when things go wrong, they will at least get your money back..... although I would have preferred to have another t shirt really.
Overall, reasonable products but dreadful customer service

I orderd a sweatshirt. It came fast which was really good. However the quality isn’t the bestttt. But that’s to be expected from fast fashion so I can’t complains I would recommend sizing up though

Ordering the sweatshirt was so easy, tracking information was made available soon after the order was placed and it arrived on time, as expected. My son absolutely loves the sweatshirt, too. It is the softest and most comfortable sweatshirt he owns.
As if we weren't happy enough, someone from Fandomion followed up shortly after delivery to see that everything went well with the order.

Worst experience ever! I order in November and is now March and haven’t got one of the items I ordered. The first one I received it after 3 months of waiting and the quality was terrible, nothing like the image on their website and when I said I wanted to return it, they said I had to pay for the shopping which cost more than the item
I keep emailing them for a refund on the item I didn’t get and they just say they will offer me 5% discount (on something I didn’t get). Such a waste of money. Don’t but from them

It didn’t take forever to get here and I LOVE the hoodie! Great quality too!

They have quality merchandise like hats, bracelets and jackets with a huge variety of selections and patterns, with different colors. Ordering is simple enough, they have an alternative to use paypal as well, which made my purchase easier. Would highly recommend for anime and comic book fans.
