Worst customer service ever
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.
I paid for both Netflix and Prime Video, but only received Netflix. Prime Video was never delivered. After taking my money, they completely ignored multiple messages asking for updates.
The only time they responded was when I questioned whether this was a scam suddenly they were quick to reply and got defensive instead of actually fixing the issue. That alone says a lot about how they operate.
Eventually, they gave me Netflix (which I had already paid for), and I even apologized for my earlier comment. I then followed up again politely about the missing Prime Video access. Once again, no response. Completely ignored.
At this point, it feels like they only respond when pressured and have no real intention of fulfilling what customers pay for. Taking money and then going silent is unacceptable.
Very unprofessional, unreliable, and honestly suspicious behavior. I would strongly advise others to avoid this service unless you’re okay with being ignored after payment.
Don't buy anything from them
The support staff were rude and unhelpful during chat, and instead of resolving the issue they cancelled our Netflix subscription after only one week of use. Stupid and unprofessional people.

I paid 400 TK for a shared ChatGPT account just to test them for a month. Right after logging in I got a security warning and the file upload option was blocked. When I complained, they told me to ignore it. Unbelievable. Then they tried to upsell a “personal” account for 2500 TK — as if that proves anything. Newsflash: you can buy a personal account directly from OpenAI for the same price. So why the hell would I pay you?
You sell one broken account to a hundred people, patch up nothing, then blame the customer and demand more money. That’s not a service — that’s a rip-off run by arrogant, greedy clowns. Dishonest, incompetent, and insulting to customers. Avoid FanFlixBD unless you want to waste money and get lectured like you’re the problem.

So I called them directly—because clearly, they don’t know the first thing about handling customers. Their communication skills are nonexistent, and the way they treat paying clients is straight-up unprofessional.
And instead of fixing the issue or giving me the service I paid for, they had the audacity to block me. Not only did they fail to deliver what they promised, but they also kept my money. Zero access. Zero refund. Just scammy behavior and pathetic customer service.

The agent handling WhatsApp is extremely unprofessional and rude. They don’t respond when you ask questions, and instead, they behave very disrespectfully. I paid for a 30-day Netflix subscription, but they stopped the service after only 19 days. When I asked them about it, they claimed that only 10 days were left and said, “You only paid 389.” But seriously, it’s not about the money — I paid for a full month, and they are bound to provide the service. Instead, they blocked me. They are scammers who make you suffer. I am even considering taking legal action against this fraud.

Misleading advertisement
I bought the 449 plan a few days ago and it said personal account but it was a shared account and their customer service wasn't bad it just seemed like the on the other end person was having a bad day or he either had a limited vocabulary as he was replying with one or two words and i got ghosted afterwards.I dont blame them maybe they were dealing with other customers. Overall i would RECOMMEND IF you're okay with using a shared account you might get logged out or the account might get banned or whatever as selling netflix account is prohibited id assume they wouldn't take responsibility if your account get banned or logged out while you still have a few weeks left or something.
Edit- hey there fanflix i wasnt crying over my 449 taka plan and i RECOMMENDED this to anyone who's okay with using an account that goes against netflixs TOS. And no i didn't know that selling netflix is restricted as i never had to use an account like this before. It said PERSONAL ACCOUNT on the website and not SHARED. To the guy who replied to me check your website on the 449 taka plan and let me know if it says PERSONAL or SHARED account. As of 20th August it still says PERSONAL account. If anyone here is anything close to a BEGGAR its you guys working at a company where the employees make a living out of selling restricted accounts and they're proud and aware of it. You guys are actual subhumans. Its kinda funny to see a guy who's probably twice my age use edgy insults goes to show what type of people work there immature old hags.

The agents who responds to the WhatsApp queries are so ill mannered and unprofessional. I had the worst customer service experience from them recently. They take ages to solve a simple issue. I would highly recommend others not to buy any kinds of online services from them. Please don't waste your time & money on their shitty service!
