FanFlix is a scam

I bought a subscription FROM FANFLIX at 249 bdt, after 1 day, i got the user login details. Then, comes the hassle of authenticator code, they prove their ancestor was some kind of king or landlord by awaiting customers. After 2 day, they change login password and I can't login. Contacted that rubbish customer support, they provided lnew login details after 4-5days. Asked authenticator code couple of days during customer support time duration, Didn't get it. Finally this scammers blocked my number as well. TOTAL SCAMMERS. They even blocked me from social media like Instagram when I try to contact them. They are SCAMMERS.

They are misguiding and fake POSITIVE REVIEWS. BE ALERT GUYS!

A total scam with rubbish customer support

In june 2025, i bought a subscription FROM FANFLIX at 449 bdt, after 1 day, i got the user login details. Finally this scammers blocked my number as well. TOTAL SCAMMERS. I checked a few new reviews before purchasing, now i think they are misguiding and fake POSITIVE REVIEWS. BE ALERT GUYS!
ON CONTRARY, I bought subscription from a website MARTSBD multiples times, website support is very good.
AGAIN, FANFLIX IS A SCAM 100%.

Absolutely awful ,such a awful service ,when I faced a problem they couldn’t fixed it instantly it took them half a day to fix an issue besides that they dont know how to speak with there customers .One of the worst sevice ever and I was one of there old customers and they keeps on making the mistakes again and again

Unresponsive

Purchased from them monthly renewable account. But the amount of times my account had been logged out, or needed code to reset. It wouldn't be much of a problem if they were actually responsive. The feeling of excitement to watch something, getting all prepared, and you see your account logged out. It sucks.
Sucks more when they see my text and don't reply.

Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. The team was unprofessional, didn’t communicate properly, and even accessed my account from other devices without permission.
I never asked for any special treatment, I simply wanted to share my concern. I know exactly what I’m using and paying for, and I find your behavior disappointing. Please take a moment to listen before making any accusations.

I contacted the helpline regarding the issue with no response. I then sent a text with inquiries about the payment process. Unfortunately, the response I received was unclear and unhelpful. After multiple unsuccessful attempts on various dates, I decided to subscribe to Netflix. The customer service experience was extremely disappointing. Dates were 8th,9th and 24th when i tried to contact.

Bad customer services. And they do not guide customers how to use their product rather blame customer. I have paid for one service but could not use it, and they are blaming me. Even they do not answer my call and do not response my message.

bad service

They give same passwords to different people..when asked says it can happen..for 1 day could not watch prime..when i have given 1 month fee. And now they dont reply anywhere...very bad service..
And they just cursed me in messenger for protesting..wow.. and also signed me out..Dont take service from them

I wanted a personal profile with lock…

I wanted a personal profile with lock in it, yet people keep watching from my account and
someone removed my list although i have a pin. same goes for my amazon prime. I cant use my profile because of this very reason, my money went in vain
