Double checking the packages to make…

Double checking the packages to make sure they are complete and don't have the customer wait 3 months for a package they paid for 3 months prior.
And in said incident make contact with said customer to inform them of any delays

I have bought 9 of the XL Star Trek…

I have bought 9 of the XL Star Trek starships and I have been happy with each one of them! The newest one I just purchased is the Enterprise E making it the 9th one so far I have gotten the Enterprise B, C, D, E, F, G and the Enterprise NX 01.

Exceptional customer service!!!!

****REVISED: MAY 12, 2026****

I have determined that the no response to my email was due to a technical error on my part as well as using the incorrect email address for this Merchant. Once I contacted the merchant via Trustpilot they responded immediately and were extremely helpful.

I owe them an apology for making this post as they were highly responsive and made every effort to assist me as their customer.

Moreover I am extremely satisfied with the courtesy extended me. My initial complaint was improper and defective and therefore is withdrawn in its entirety. This matter is closed. I absolutely will do business with this company again.
