Absolutely rubbish

Absolutely rubbish, I went for a random 3 selection but all 3 hoodies came all the same?!?!? Why on earth would I want 3 of the same hoodies, stay well clear of these jokers !!!!! Waste of money

Please don’t buy, I bought the mystery hoodie pack and bought two random jumpers in the promotion I saw it said two different jumpers I recived the same the it’s awful quality, do not get!!

1 star as there is no option to give 0

1 star as there is no option to give 0, do not buy from here, 2 of the same item and a tank top that looks like its been ran over then worn for a year then layer down and ran over again. They are awful and will not get back to you when you email. Please avoid, I hope you get to read this before you buy, I'm now looking to get the company in trouble as this is not good.

DONT BUY

Terrible mystery hoodie experience, they delete all bad reviews from their website so that people are tricked into thinking its so great. Asked for a hoodie got a crewneck that isn't even on their website? It literally looks like its from goodwill. The joggers are HUGE and they couldn't have made them uglier if they had tried... Do not buy.

I can’t complain about the delivery time, got my order after 4 weeks which in a pandemic is understandable, emailed frequently with good replies. However it’s all the same merch collection, yes the clothing items are all different but could be more “mystery” as it’s what I ordered also the quality of the clothing is not good at all, very thin and cheap material. Won’t be ordering again

Do NOT order from these Frauds

Do NOT order from these Frauds. I ordered 3 of their mystery hoodies and they sent me 3 of the exact same neon pink hoodies. I was sold on the idea that i would get 3 different random hoodies. Now they won’t answer my calls or emails. Screw these guys.

No f***s given over customer satisfaction

I live in the uk and my order of 2 mystery hoodies took 3-4 weeks which, during a pandemic, I’m not going to moan about. But the fact Fanjoy clearly have more than 1 hoody in stock and I purchased 2 but got the SAME HOODY TWICE, I think personally is ridiculous. I also understand that they do warn this could occur, but why? Surely it isn’t hard to pick 2 different styles, even if it’s just colour. This completely ruined things for me and I’d never return. Huge lack of care for customer satisfaction!!

so I had to wait for neraly two months for my mistery hoodies and literally got them today and they are both the same i paid neraly £30 for rubbish materials and packaging all the adds are lies.

"MYSTERY" how I get 3 of the exact shirts

Bought the mystery sweatshirt to get an idea of the variety that fanjoy has - what a joke. I received 3 of the same sweatshirt. 2 are EXACTLY alike and the other is just a different color. REALLY?? They were on the same order - completely lazy. Have tried to email 3 different places with no response - just keep getting a "Woohoo - your order was delivered" emails!!
Guess Goodwill will be getting some shirts and I will just be getting screwed!

****Just received an email back basically telling me "TOUGH LUCK" and that there is a chance for duplicates!! But gave me 20% off to get screwed over by them again!!! lol - no thanks. CROOKS!!!

Poor Communication and Delivery

The quality of my items were to my expectations which was great! But I waited almost a month and a half to receive my items when they were supposed to be here in a week! I’m very upset with the communication I was given when I emailed and tried to ask where my package was all you guys kept saying was it’s processing you couldn’t give me any more information! I’m sorry but when I order a package and you say it’s going to be here by a certain time that’s when I expect it to be here maybe a week later but a month and a half later that’s ridiculous.. I had ordered these products for my girlfriends birthday because she loves KNJ so much but it was very upsetting because I couldn’t give it to her on her birthday because you guys didn’t fulfill your duty to deliver it on time. So would I recommend Fanjoy NO I wouldn’t just because the bad experience I had for my first time buying.

HORRIBLE SERVICE.
I’ve never been one to post reviews but this pissed me right off. I wanted to order some of Tana’s merch but when I got to checkout and realized it cost $40 for shipping, I wanted to back out however I did try a discount code and while only entering the code and NOT pressing complete order, my page refreshes and next thing I know, my order went through. Within 5 minutes, I found the contact email and emailed them to cancel my order. They come back only refunding me for 3 of the 4 items, I ask for a FULL REFUND and they tell me they can’t refund me for the 4th item because its already been processed?? Unbelievable, don’t EVER order from here.

Fanjoy has been great!

I purchase from Fanjoy rather frequently and I have never been disappointed. Fast shipping, good quality items, great customer service. The only issue I ever had with shipping was not their fault but Fanjoy sent a replacement package quickly using a different carrier. Any other questions or concerns I've had are very quickly taken care of by their amazing customer service team.

no delivery: no refund: no possible discussion

I place my order 4 month ago. No delivery so far. Despite numerous emails, I do not have any clear explanation. Once they indicate that a new parcel has been sent, and one week after they indicate that I still have to wait the "green light" from another department. As matter of fact, the only reply that I get from their customer service is " we have to wait for the decision of another department". They are playing with us

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!! I had returned my item over a month ago and still have not received my refund. My item was still in perfect condition (it was a gift for my sister) and they had given me a return label. It got delivered January 16th. It is now February 17th and NO REFUND. Not to mention, it took over a month to receive my item!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!!!

Comfortable but fades too fast

The items are really nice and the creativity but every single color sweater fades in 2 washes. I even hand wash the last 2 sweaters I bought just in case and they still got dull. The pastel yellow click bait one lasted for 5 washes already mildly fading but the colors completely gone now and it’s like a molded green yellow color. I’m going to have to tie dye it because the fabric is so horrible now. I wish it wouldn’t since it’s actually comfortable clothes but it just fades too fast
