Money grabbers

I have now waited almost 4 months for a delivery. I have all emails to show I have been chasing my order and even got refs numbers DHL don't have that ref number and Yodel have the tracing number but not under my name or address even though the order is under my name.i would not even give fanjoy a star. I have lost £150.00 they say they will not give me my money back unless I send items back that I don't have. On the 28th of January 2021 I was told they would reship my order then today the 30th January they tell me they have not got any of the items I ordered so to pick new stuff but all shops on site are empty. I told them to find the right information for my parcel or I would report them to cutoms now they are not emailing back. I would tell every one save you time energy a day cash and NEVER order from this company.

I would give their apparel no stars if…

I would give their apparel no stars if I could. The material was paper thin and my XL fit like a youth medium. The picture showed Natalie wearing a hoodie that went past her butt and said she was wearing a “medium”. I’m 5’5” and I ordered an XL so it would be very oversized and I could barely pull it past my waist. At the bottom of the website it says that David Dobrik approves every article of clothing and this one was crap. As a huge David Dobrik fan, I am extremely disappointed. I would not recommend his merch to anyone. It was also very hard to return it because they do not give you any option to return items without emailing them first.

I woudl even rate them zero if I could.... waited over 8 weeks for order.. I can understand due to covid changes... but only to find out the order is delivered.. so when I go into it. Further its then returned because form the beginning they put the wrong postcode in.. The customer service was no help when I asked where is it delivered their answer was ask your neighbours. In uk I have been in lockdown and no way I was going to miss a delivery as all those so far I heard.. I still do nto have my order.. still waiting for an email.. still not response and not sure where the goods are... these were my daughters gifts from her grandparents during lockdown.. its a shame that lack of clarity and customer service... not worth the headache because chasing yiu get little answers... and hassle more than its worth. Rather shop from better well known brands... learn from my mistake. I had to pay for customs too so I will make sure I get my money back for items and customs charges as they were never meant for my address from the beginning... Totally entitled

Recommend Fanjoy…

I’ve ordered many items from Fanjoy over the course of 2020. I am pleased with their clothing quality and arrival time. When an item is out of stock I get an instant notification and refund. I highly recommend them.

Disgusting.

Says my parcel was delivered but to the wrong postcode, they now won't refund my as it's against their policy a the item has been shipped, I'm down £63 and have no item. Disgusting.

Poor service

I placed an order back on 11/27 I have a tracking number but they are still pending the package which means it has not yet been shipped going on 4 weeks and no update but ooh they are so quick to take the money immediately from my account. Must be a scam. May need to dispute the charges. Sad he is using this company with so many bad reviews.

I guess the same reviews from others now the merchandise is no longer available but yet they have my money.

Don’t waste your time.

I ordered merch from the David Dobrik line. At first ai ordered a purple cloud hoodie and a pair of sweats from the iridescent line. I emailed them a day after I bought to ask for a size M sweats instead of a size S. The guy that emailed me back said sure no problem. A week and 2 days later I get a new email informing me that everything I bought was out of stock...... like literally the hoodie and the sweatpants. I was given the option the pick something else out or get a refund. I decided to just pick out two things I don’t even really want now because I just wanted to be able to support David. I should have just gotten a refund. The sweat came in today, because they shipped them separate??? The sweats look like they have been used. They are black from the 2.0 line and the black is so faded on them it looks so ugly. I didnt get anything I wanted or actually bought. How are you guys gonna tell me everything I bought is out of stock a week and 2 days after I bought it???????? Do better.

I placed an order in Feb 2020

I placed an order in Feb 2020, and still haven’t received the merch yet, the team responded to me once that there was shipping ban to China due to Covid-19. But it’s been 10 months now and the shipping terms on the website shows that everything goes back to normal except that it will take longer time for shipping. And the fanjoy service team has been ignoring my emails last couple of times and I don’t know who I can approach to and it’s been 10 months, can you even believe it?!

I bought 2 sweatshirts from Fanjoy the quality is not the best and each cost $45, you could get this from Macys for $12, one of them is too big, there website does not have a phone number first of all and I send them several emails to send me the return address but no response to the address. They keep sending me email to say what i would like to do and i said i want to return the shirt but they never respond with an address.This is the worst company to buy from. I will never buy from them again.

They have an absolutely horrible…

They have an absolutely horrible service! Waited almost a month with no updates and it is still not processed. Very sad that so many people are on here to get gifts for family and friends for the holidays and will not receive any of them in time. The workers should be really ashamed to work for such a shady company!

Got charged £12 for delivery which I'm sure was meant to be free if you spent over 50! Then got charged another £12 by royal mail (uk) before they would deliver ! Absolute rip off ! Nothing they can do about it apparently. Will not be buying off this company ever again !

horrible service!!

Absolutely horrible service!!! They make a minimal amount of items that they know people want, I ordered a hoodie and jogging pants and when my daughter looked and saw a necklace I asked them to please replace the hoodie with the necklace and they told me they couldn't. Through several back and forth and obviously a service system that is outside the US with their English being extremely broken was told something completely nonsensical like they were going to cancel the cancellation and put the clothes on hold and then I could remake an order It made no sense and no one is helping me!!!I can't even begin to tell you how much money I have spent on my daughter through fanjoy and it's absolutely disgusting and I won't be doing it again! YOU DO NOT PLAN ON FAR ENOUGH AHEAD YOU ONLY MADE 100 OF THE ITEMS SO Is it because Jake Paul owns fanjoy that you suck so bad at your job? IT'S ABSOLUTELY NO HELP WHATSOEVER YOU DON'T ORDER ENOUGH ITEMS THAT YOU KNOW DAMN WELL LITTLE TEENAGE GIRLS ARE GOING TO WANT JAKE PAUL! THAT JUST ANSWERED THE WHOLE LOT OF MY QUESTIONS!!

In the instance we are sold out, it is of course difficult for us to swap an item for an item we do not have in-stock.

Customer Satisfaction is NOT a guarantee!

I placed an order on Thursday, November 12th (David Dobrik gray Iridescent Hoodie for $40 and an Iphone Disposable Camera case $22) and the next day (Friday, November 13th) EVERYTHING goes on sale! The hoodie is now $25 and the case now, $15.40. I emailed customer service to ask for a price adjustment and of course they can't do that. I mentioned that I'll purchase again at the sale price and then return the items from the first order once I receive it and I get an email back saying that I can do that, but they're deducting the cost of the label (THE LABEL!) and I'm responsible for the shipping on the return. PLUS, there is NO returns on the phone cases AND if it's a final sale, it can't be returned. WELL, of course it doesn't say anything about the sweatshirt being a final sale, but I'm sure it will magically appear when I try to return it. SO basically, they're saying, "go ahead, but you'll be still paying the same amount as you originally did". HORRIBLE customer service. I won't be shopping here again. Amazon has most fan merch anyway. I'll shop with them next time!

I'm am absoultuley disgusted with this site their sizing for kids is shocking. I had ordered the size small for my daughter which was way to big and I now have been told they don't do exchange so my money has just gone down the drain. I payed 56 including delivery for a jumper that will go to waste!!!! Never will I order from fanjoy again

excellent customer service

I order from Fanjoy fairly regularly and have nothing but good experiences. Their customer service center is always very quick to help and fix issues. Once I placed an order with the wrong shipping address and just a few minutes ago I placed an order with the completely wrong size. Within a few minutes of reaching out my order details were corrected with no issues! I’ve never had a place reach out to me and fix issues (caused by myself lol) so quickly. I’ll continue to purchase merch from my fav youtubers and whoever else goes through Fanjoy.

3 weeks later and still hasn't shipped

I ordered a single t-shirt from Fanjoy on 9/4/2020. It is now 9/24/2020 and the item has still not shipped. I was informed it won't ship until next week (9/28 or later). I asked if I could get a refund, and the customer service representative completely ignored my question. I will never be purchasing from this website again, and I hope no one else does either.
