I bought tickets for the first time from this website, Liverpool V Brighton. I was a bit worried but only because I hadn’t heard anything until the morning of the game, however, tickets came through the morning of with no issues at all! No problems the gate and what a great game! 3-0!!

Not reliable.
Purchased a ticket via fanpass 15 days before the event. Even though it's been confirmed they failed the supply me the ticket and couldn't find the alternative making me buy the same ticket for higher price because of last minute purchase via different site. Fan pass have no control over, only thing they say was sorry. Think multiple times before using this site.

Was let down by an independent reseller and had to get extremely last minute tickets to a Liverpool match. Fanpass was brilliant, I paid for 2 tickets and only a minute later got a text from someone who transferred them over and sorted me out with no confusion or headaches. Champions League experience
Our experience of using Fanpass to buy Chempions League tickets at Anfield was positive. The seats were located as described and we received instructions from the seller on how to download the tickets onto our phones about a week before the game. We had no problems getting in and watched a great game.

My ticket was not in the right format…
My ticket was not in the right format and my entrance in the stadium has been declined mutliples times
Luckly the seller had another ticket on hold and I got into the stadium 30 minutes after the game started
I would like a small refund based on the price difference between a ticket into the kop that I paid 220 euros and a ticket in a main stand that is approximatly 100 euros less
