Other than the cheerful young sales clerk in the store, the online customer service, correspondence time, and manners of this company has been downright arrogant, rude, disparaging and frankly difficult when they sent us an item we didn't order. It's taken forever for them to minimally credit us the amount, nevermind shutting down any request for additional compensation for the trouble and disappointment this all caused my teenage son.

Cannot thank Jamie enough for his help in creating the scarves we wanted for our wedding. He took time to listen and understand what we wanted and his design was perfect. We are thrilled with the final product and would definitely recommend to anyone.

Great customer service when things when wrong
The scarves are brilliant - great quality. There was delay with delivery but in fairness to the team they stayed in touch with me on a personal level and made sure I was in loop about how the oder was progressing - stuff happens I suppose, its about how you deal with it. I will be ordering again no doubt.

Fantastic Scarf
Purchased the claret and blue Newcastle scarf for me and my son.
