About the company: Fantastic Services Family started its journey back in 2009. It all began with a meeting of two like-minded individuals, company founders Rune Sovndahl and Anton Skarlatov. Rune needed a cleaner and Anton ran a cleaning business. Very quickly they both realised they shared a vision and could deliver cleaning services in a much better way, by working together.
With two laptops, a sofa to sit on and a shared mobile phone, a small operation was born. The aim was to build something simple but deliver the best service possible for both clients and cleaning crews. We call that philosophy 360-degree happiness.
From these humble beginnings, we've now grown into a multi-operational business offering a wide range of services to homeowners and commercial customers alike. We've continued to add more domestic services to enhance our portfolio and due to increased demand, these additional services have grown into their own separate brands.

Very helpful team but deficient comms from Fantastic Services
The team itself was helpful and effective, but Fantastic services needs to do a better job at scheduling and planning timing of their services. We'd been told the crew would arrive at 9 am but they arrived at 10:30 with no information or communication of their arrival time. This is a process issue: You should coordinate with the crews doing the job to align on arrival time so customers don't wait for 2 hours with no information! Not the first time this happens with FS.

The gardeners do a great job
The gardeners do a precise and efficient job, quickly and tidily. I trust them to do a great job following instructions in friendly manner. I am not so impressed with the admin of the service however. For a second time the appointment was changed and I apparently received an auto message which meant I was waiting for an arrival which did not happen.

Avoid like the plague
Avoid like the plague! I paid for 4 hours worth of cleaning and when they came they said they could only do 3 hours (which is fine). When I called to ask for a partial refund, the 'customer service' woman was extremely rude and wouldn't accept that they had only done 3 hours. They then ignored my calls/requests for this refund leaving me out of pocket. The clean itself was good so it's a shame that the customer service and scamming let them down.

The first disappointing clean . . .
The first disappointing clean by Fantastic Services. A., the professional, fulfilled her tasks, but lacked the endeavour and energy of her colleagues. I had to call her back on two occasions to clean missed elements. Granted, it was her first visit to our house, but I felt the need to supervise, closer and more frequently than I had done before. In conversation, I learned that A. had been cleaning for less than two months, not very long in experience terms. As she gains practical experience and works on her communication skills, I'm sure A. will eventually deliver a five star accomplishment.
