About the company: Fantastic Services Family started its journey back in 2009. It all began with a meeting of two like-minded individuals, company founders Rune Sovndahl and Anton Skarlatov. Rune needed a cleaner and Anton ran a cleaning business. Very quickly they both realised they shared a vision and could deliver cleaning services in a much better way, by working together.
With two laptops, a sofa to sit on and a shared mobile phone, a small operation was born. The aim was to build something simple but deliver the best service possible for both clients and cleaning crews. We call that philosophy 360-degree happiness.
From these humble beginnings, we've now grown into a multi-operational business offering a wide range of services to homeowners and commercial customers alike. We've continued to add more domestic services to enhance our portfolio and due to increased demand, these additional services have grown into their own separate brands.

Do not use for cleaning services
I requested a one off standard clean for a 1 bedroom flat and I was sent a cleaner for 3 hours. On the day of the clean, the lady left early saying everything was cleaned and there was nothing left for her to do.
When I checked the flat, so many basic things had been forgotten and it was clear she only completed half of the job.
- Crumbs on the sofa had been pushed behind the pillow rather than cleaned up
- TV remote control was still dusty
- Food left on the surfaces in kitchen
- Side coffee table left with grease and food stains on it
I reached out to the customer service team within 30 mins of the cleaner leaving and showed them photos of how the flat was left. In response they have provided me with a £15 credit for the next time I use their services…? Shocking customer service.

Poor window cleaning let down by bad customer service
I recently arranged for my windows to be cleaned, but the cleaners did a poor job. They were only here briefly, didn’t clean all the windows they were meant to, and the ones they did clean were done badly.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but the response from Fantastic Services was the main issue. Their complaints process is overly automated, slow, and difficult to navigate. I had to go through a long back-and-forth, provide photos as evidence, and still didn’t get a straightforward resolution.
In the end, they offered a small refund, which completely missed the point — I simply wanted the windows cleaned properly. I requested a manager call me back, but that never happened.
The staff themselves are friendly and polite when you speak to them, but it’s clear this is a large company with processes that don’t work well. Overall, very disappointing customer service.
I have used them before for other jobs, and while the quality is generally average, their availability at short notice is a strong point. However, this experience has left me frustrated, with windows that are still dirty and no easy way to get a resolution and have them cleaned properly.

Fast, professional and tidy
Roland and Dilon came today morning for garden maintenance. I am just amazed how much they have done in 1.5 hours. They first consulted with me what I wanted and the pros and cons. Then started to do the work in a professional and fast manner. A couple of Things that have been waiting to be done for the last 2 years were done in these 1.5 hours. I can recommend them warmly. You won’t regret it.
