Great tool for playing FPL
Great tool for playing FPL — I mainly use their team planning tool, which is super important for me to be able to properly visualise how my strategy will play out in the coming gameweeks. The new app is great too — a massive upgrade from the previous version, which shows they care about product development. They also have great customer service — highly recommend it!

Lies with money back offers, stay clear, poor site and no help at all
Signed up with promised money back if no good or not win league, only reason i thought i would try it, was rubbish from start to finish as you can imagine and see from reviews on socials. Messaged for refund to now be told i missed the deadline, unable to get on accounts, never recieved any emails reminding or telling us of these dates or expiry to claim or any information whatsoever, none of this was advertised on posts promising money back garenteed but as per lots of small prints hidden and lots of upset to customers who have been frauded by them to keep money, customer service no help and as all online are saying they will do anything not to refund. Absolute waste of money and time, not a happy customer at all, they even had the cheak to try and take another payment and now cancelled would never use again so be warned and stay clear, made an official complaint but i dont hold my breath, will claim back via bank fraud team if not refunded asap by them.
Did not win leagues, all rubbish, no help at all and was a shambles from start to finish.
Dont fall for this or the promised money back garentees its all lies and once have your money its gone.
Easier doing your own team and save.
Very very poor site and customer service would not use again ever.
Yes i have emailed you did not want to help and was not i terested in refunding as promised, there was also lots of trouble and issues last year causing a very bad experience and you have not even offered to give a free year like others after all this, its okay saying you had issues and is now fixed but what about all the money paid from customers last year who you are not redunding refund garentee or because of all the problems and issues you had, email me to resolve if thats what you are wanting to do but a sof yet iv had no help whatsoever.

With regards to your renewal. please be advised that as per section 2.1.2. of the terms and conditions which you agreed to upon purchase (https://fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/terms-and-conditions/), all of our subscriptions renew automatically and will continue to do so until terminated. Therefore, you must have cancelled your membership at least one day prior to the renewal date listed in your Fantasy Football Hub account
Unfortunately, as this was not the case in this instance, you have therefore been charged for your renewal in accordance with the agreed terms listed above.

Buyer beware. Read the small print or be prepared to lose your money
The company does not honour it's promise of money back if not win your mini league. I would warn all potential users to read the small print as they make it extremely hard to comply with conditions. You need to register your team twice in order to avail. But by using the paid service you expect to win as that's what they promise.
Some weeks their picks are good but not consistent enough to beat real players.
Updated review following interaction with the company. They honoured their promise and stand over everything. Was satisfied and impressed by their follow up interactions.

They don’t pay out refunds
I’ve signed up for 2 seasons. On both occasions when not winning my league they state you didn’t go on it in a certain week when you know you did. The only way to prove it is by either looking at your activity logs - but they go far back enough with the game week in question that your log won’t cover. Suggest taking a screen print every week as they will lie through their teeth to avoid paying a refund!

I finally decided to subscription paid 30 pounds wasn't happy with the plan so within two hours upgraded plan cost 44 pounds which I paid thinking my 30 pounds would be refunded very disappointed with my experience with fantasy football hub

Very Buggy
Very Buggy, Essentially offers friendly cheating, saturates the game, yet another dodgey app being promoted by FPL content creators, and untransparent cancellation policy and also certain features being hidden behind higher pay wall which is really poor given you don’t get much with the highest subscription anyway.
Please a avoid this app. We need to bat back against this sort of thing. Really hope people avoid it because it will ruin 95% of mini leagues
