Everything went smoothly
Everything went smoothly. I needed to contact with them by email and they responded immediately. The bag is of high quality and very practical. It has a lot if different compartments and spaces. Very very practical to have your keys, your mobile phone, your wallet, your iPad, your documents in different compartments so that you can find them easily and right away. This is the second identical bag I bought! I always use backpacks and this is the best I have found. So I bought a second one for the future. Why search when you have found something close to perfect? The price is very fair as it is made of real leather
