Hi, I used FA removals while moving from Orpington to Bexleyheath.. The men were very friendly and they handled the stuff carefully. I will recommend them based on my experience.

I had a great experience with FA Removal from start to finish during our move to a new house.
Sabrina provided all the information and details I needed, and advised me on which service would suit us best. On moving day, she checked in during the process and again afterward to ensure everything was perfect.

The van arrived on time, and the movers were fantastic—they handled our furniture and boxes with great care.

They took the stress out of the move, they were professional and polite. They got the job done without any fuss and in a timely way.

The two men who were assigned to move our stuff were both very friendly, fast and polite. Nothing was damaged and we were all done in 1.5hrs.

For reference we were moving around 15 minutes away with around 20 boxes, 8 backpacks, 2 suitcases, some instruments and a TV.

Price was also much better than competitors and had short notice availability. When we realised we'd left a plant in the van after the crew had already left, they turned right around and brought it back.

The customer service was friendly, helpful and efficient. Great. The lead removals man was experienced, fast and efficient and his new helper worked hard and was also likeable.
They exceeded my expectations.
Why 4 stars?
I hardly ever give 5 as that is for flawless performance, so well done.

Was told they would send their most experienced team.
Although they were fast and took more stuff than I could believe, under the stress of moving we left behind a few important things behind. Fortunately we were able to get them ourselves.
I would recommend this firm, but do comply with their terms.

I needed a removal company at very short notice due to being let down by another company. The contact at FA was very kind and understanding going the extra distance to handle my booking. The company was able to move me the following day, the crew turned up early and could not have been quicker or more efficient. They were also very pleasant to deal with. A great experience from start to finish.

Guys were brilliant, took great care of all my stuff and went above and beyond. Couldn't recommend them more highly. Moving is a stressful experience and the guys made it as painless as possible.

We were already repeat customers here! The planning, budgeting and initial discussions were fast, efficient and to the point. The crew that came to actually do the work were organised, hard working and friendly. They did the job in the time they said they'd take, and did it in a serious and very professional way. We were also contacted by the office staff to ask whether everything was to our satisfaction during the actual move. All in all, a great experience from start to finish at a very competitive price.

Read alot of the reviews here about people not being happy etc.. but I can say that I was pleased with the help received and the job which was done.
2 lads who at first sight I thought would struggle with all my heavy bits, they did the job no problem, followed instructions and asked at every turn if they were unsure about anything.. great service and would recommend.

From start to finish , nothing too much trouble for the helpers

The number of boxes , the wrapping , the bubble wrap, the clothes rail boxes were all measured (in quantity) to perfection

The helpers had a pleasant attitude and absolutely worked their socks off

FA Removals, you were TOP notch even from the initial consultation!

Also a big well done to Brie who was in constant contact with me all the way - extremely efficient and personable

The two men that helped me move were very friendly and made me feel really comfortable, they made the move very easy. I was amazed by their packing skills organising the back of the van so that everything fit perfectly. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs help moving.

Moving is a stressful time but I wanted to recommend FA Removals for their efficient service and friendly team.
