I booked for a slot online in the morning and phoned to confirm as I did not get a confirmation email. Agreed that I would take my car in for one tyre replacement at 11am. I got there early dropped off the car at 10.30am and was told there was one customer in front of me. I went away and came back at 12pm but they did not start work on it until 12.50pm.

As owner of a classic Citroen car it’s always a nervous time when putting it in for an MOT as a yearly roadworthiness test. I returned to the Perth branch and it did not disappoint! From Martha in Reception to Josh as tester there was interest, professionalism and understanding for the testing of such a vehicle. I will be back!

Often go the extra mile to help with work or cost
Always found this garage to be friendly, reasonably priced and often go the extra mile. Good communication in explaining any work that is required and clear on how much it will cost. Never feels like you are being taken for a ride.
