Farmfoods, a Scottish family business, has served Great Britain for over 60 years. From a butcher shop in Aberdeen we have grown to more than 300 stores and four distribution centres nationwide. We work hard to bring you the best value on the food your family enjoys and on the household essentials your family needs. In addition to frozen food we sell groceries, chilled foods, bread, milk, fresh fruit and vegetables along with a range of household items. Across our ranges you will find the brands you know and trust at prices you will love. Our specialism is frozen food and we believe passionately that frozen food is the best solution for most family meals. Our exclusive label chicken, beef, turkey, lamb, pork, fish and vegetables are all as fresh as the day they were frozen and because there is almost zero waste, great value too. We are a family business and our owners work in and lead our business every day. We think, particularly in today’s corporate world, this is a real strength. We are a diverse team of around 4,000 people who share a passion for getting a great job done. Whether they work in a distribution centre, a retail shop or an office, Farmfoods people are trusted to take responsibility for their work and to have control of delivering a great value, simple and friendly operation.

The company are becomming ever more misleading with their promotions and signage.
Then when you tell them they dont explain just shrug at a shop level and the supposed customer services also don’t explain just say take it back for a refund.
Super poor service sadly gone downhill

Farmfoods is an inflation buster ! Excellent experience today with newly washed potatoes a fraction of Waitrose but completly smashing it.
I have had problems with a couple of staff in the past but as they were not their today it was fantastic and didn't feel threatened. Best supermarket for choice and price, but their stocks do go down due to the amazing value.

I have been using Farmfoods for a while now and have never had reason to complain. A good selection of food with varying prices.
Unfortunately I am now buying less than I use to do due to a change in their meat products.
It seems now that most of the meat and meat products are now stamped suitable for Halal diets.
I am sure in some parts of the country it may be that this suits large amounts of people.
However this is the United Kingdom, therefore how is it we no longer have a choice about how the animals are killed as long as it suits Halal.
Our choice should come first with maybe a smaller selection of Halal meat to suit certain religions.
I find that Farmfoods have not respected the British choice, instead joined in with the conversion of our great country.

Products are cheap but parking is awful. Got a ticket for shopping, first they want evidence that we were shopping at the moment with kids when provided receipt and bank statements they said insufficient evidence we shopped more than 100 pounds that day but still they made excuse and charged for parking for few minutes over time. Pathetic parking and customer service

I was in the feltham branch
Was impressed with the prices, deals and the planning of the shop .
I got to the till and had forgotten my bag from my car
I informed the cashier I was going to get it
As i returned to the shop a worker was on his way out because he got told I'd run out, I was not happy as
It made me feel like I was doing something wrong
I am of colour and felt targeted because of that
I told the cashier where I was going she should of relayed that to the other worker
I was being stared at by other customers, very overwhelming.
Please advice you workers not to be so judgemental next time
Kind regards
Dee

I have been shopping at the Walsall Bescot store for years and l have always found the customer service there to be of an extremely high standard. On several occasions, staff have gone above and beyond to deliver exceptional support to me. This is often in the face of busy environments and trying customers!

Increasing using Farmfoods instead of other supermarkets. Generally cheaper prices, and they've got a good halal food section, and discount scheme.

One staff, around 20yo male, always rude during till. Always being cheeky to 40 year old men etx. Threw the thing down onto the conveyor belt. When I seen their face feel like walk out but I wont be turfed out
Many terrible experiences
Also the store is usually messy when its them but not other hardworking staff
They are chatty to all the little girls but angry to customers and should be quiet
