Warning, do NOT buy anything from Shinesand. The items you think you are buying are NOT the items you will receive. I placed an order for three items on 4.12.20 for Xmas presents at a cost if £35.00. Two items have arrived, but are so poor quality, look nothing like what was ordered and there not fit for the charity shop. The third item is still missing. I emailed customer service with my disappointment and was offered 15% discount to 'avoid' the hassle of return which I declined. I have also refused to pay the return postage. Think I have been a victim of a dishonest scam company.

I had to give them one score to allow me onto this site but I take it back and give them minus 100 star
This company advertised shoes as being made of leather,when they arrived they were made of very cheap plastic!
I wrote and complained ,they
Firstly offered 10% discount and said I could use this money to repair or change the problem ( how ridiculous is this ) I refused then they offered me 20% ,I refused ,since then they’ve written so many mails suggesting I keep the shoes and now at 35% discount rather than they said “the hassle of returning “
I refuse to pay the postage back and asked for a prepaid label so I could track the return,they refuse ,I have told them I am reporting them to various bodies as miss selling products
I paid £30 for these and I should not have to accept discounts or be refused a prepaid label
This company to say the least is highly dubious and advise anyone not to trust them with you’re money

DONT USE THEM. UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY RAN BY INCOMPETENT STAFF!!!!
Clothes might be nice but customer service is what I look for ultimately... SO ITS A NO FROM ME!!!

Ordered clothes in October and no response whatsoever. I have tried contacting and site is saying it is closed. Very disappointing 😕

I shop online A LOT. trust me when I say; you DON'T want to buy from them.
I've waited over 6 weeks now, and nothing. Not even an email.
So I emailed the company and asked for a refund and they informed me they couldn't because my order was already processed... Well duh! And then told me that they will email me once the parcel is shipped! It's been 6 weeks! And they haven't even shipped anything.

Do not order from this company. It took three months to receive the dresses, the dresses were made poorely from cheap materials and look nothing like in the pictures. I have contacted them again and again for a refund but they do not respond to any emails.

Do not purchase any products from this website.
I order two items, one summer dress and a long sleeve top.
I received the top first after a month of ordering them, and the dress two weeks after.
I was so disappointed with the quality of the fabric did both items, it was a very cheap material, they were both made in China, and don’t even have a brand tag on them.
After complaining about the delay and the quality, claiming that I wanted a refund, they never replied back, only received an automatic email to let me know that they would get back to me during business, I emailed them again and received the automated reply again. That was 3 weeks ago and I have not received a feedback.
The top quality looked that bad and nothing like the picture, that I decided to put it in the rubbish.

WARNING!!!!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY - FRAUD
They take your money keep promising delivery on its way. It has been 2 months and no delivery.
Now they don't even reply to emails.
I am currently speaking to my sister who is a solicitor they will not get away with it. Will be taking it further.
Will try and stop them from advertising to consumers here in Australia!!!!

Cheap rubbish made in China.Charging loads of money for cheap, cheap rubbish material that’s badly made, wrongly sized, that cost about 20 pence to make WITH slave labour and looks cheap, nasty, and unwearable. Avoid at all costs. Its a joke site and shouldn’t be allowed. RIP off.

This company promptly deducted almost $90 on may 7th abd package is STILL sitting in China! Twice I have requested a tefund but keep getting the samevresponse ‘wait another week’

Ordered wig. Nothing like one shown. Have tried in vain to contact them to return wig. Have yet to receive a response from them. Have no address to return. Will not order from this company again.?

I placed an order over 6 weeks ago. I was sent an email stating that due to COVID-19 the delivery would be 12-20 business days. After 2 weeks with no tracking, I emailed them, and was told, "Due to COVID-19 the delivery would be 12-30 business days! The package was marked delivered to shipper on 5/10, where it has remained ever since. I sent several emails to the help desk only to be given the same response of, "Due to COVID-19 the delivery would be 12-30 business days!" Well it has now been 6 weeks and well over 30 business days and still no movement. Clearly this company has ripped me off. Stay away from this company they are a SCAM! I am disputing the charge with paypal!

I am very grateful for custom dream gowns who designed my dream dress. It required no alterations or adjustments. Exactly as described...but better! Beautiful embellishments. Very professional and friendly
