Another super delivery

Extremely bad, big scam, ordered from them, past the date of delivery and still heard nothing from them about my order. Ordered through the shop app as well so can’t even get my refund yet. Called them, they don’t answer, emailed them, they sent a “x” at the end of the email… is this a joke?!?

I would give zero stars if possible. No communication about delivery of my order despite sending 4 emails, they’ve all been ignored. I will be taking further action regarding this, it won’t just go away . You cannot expect to take money from people and not provide the items that have been paid for or give a refund and explanation of why you cannot fulfil the order!

I've ordered and received numerous items from fluffy socks, garden solar lights and even a tilted cat bowl stand with bowls. There is an amazing variety of products to choose from and checkout is easy with many ways to pay. Delivery is quick and the customer service is top notch. Highly recommend this company.
