I ordered the wrong prescription glasses by accident, which they didn't have the option to darken in bright areas. I spoke to customer service and told them that this is my fault and asked if there is something they can do. Not only did they send me the correct glasses, but they also gave me the colour of the lenses that were not in my bracket price, so I think they gave me better lenses for the same price. Overall, can't recommend enough.

I've returned a glasses I bought due to it being too small on my face
It's been 11 days since you received the item back at your factory and am yet to receive my refund of £122 and am not happy as no refunds take this long

Fast delivery but slow to refund
Product received quickly but wasn't right for me, so I returned it.
Received notifications to confirm it had been received back and refund would be in my account asap but always within 7 working days... it wasn't and I had to chase them.

Just not great!
Glasses are a version of the Boss 0680 but the try on version, which when searched came up as blue horn, are nothing like the glasses that arrived, more like blue azure. I had been looking for blue horn for about 1 year. Also had to wait an additional day due to poor carrier Fashion Eyewear used, the very last day in the t&cs. Lesson learnt from buying glasses online, back to the trusted VE in future!!
