Bag came with the half of the size box that the other bag same size was sent before. As a result the bag was smushed and since the tag was folded over it fell off the bag.

OK I’m changing my review from one star to five & here’s why. I based my review on having to wait an hour to speak to a representative and then when I was the last caller in queue after more than 55 minutes of holding, they disconnected the call and I had to call back and wait another 55 minutes! This was my very first time in calling them, but now I expect that each time I call sometimes the wait is only 20 minutes, but sometimes the wait can be up to an hour. So when you call you can expect up to an hour wait, to make it worse They don’t answer the info email address either, over the course of a couple of weeks with my purchases and sending multiple emails, Never once did I get a reply. But I will say this when a representative does answer the phone call they give you excellent customer service! Obviously I was quite frustrated and left my review right after that phone experience but I do wanna talk about why I will forever be a loyal customer to them and why I choose to purchase from them over other luxury reseller companies. Even though you can expect an hour wait to speak to a representative The one thing I will add is that once you do get a representative on the phone they make sure that you are their priority and they are there to assist you with 100% attention. At least that’s been my experience with the representatives that I’ve talked to. Based on my one purchase from them, I will continue to be a loyal customer and purchase from them over other luxury reseller company’s. I was over the moon happy with my Balenciaga bag purchase I went ahead and purchased 2 more bags and am planning a third. I will continue to be a loyal customer of theirs!!

Send them 3 emails from day I received with photos on May 15 2026
Second email was May 18 and got message back from them. They will review this but do not send them email with same issues. No word from them.

It’s always easy to shop at Fashionphile. Everything items has all the information, check out process is simple and easy. My purchase usually arrives in about 10 days, but this last purchase took only 3 days.

I accepted a direct buyout offer from Fashionphile for my Saint Laurent Rive Gauche tote and shipped the item internationally from Australia at my own expense. Tracking confirms Fashionphile received the bag on April 22.
The item was authenticated and even listed on Fashionphile’s website shortly after arrival, yet I still have not received payout or a meaningful update regarding the delay.
I have already contacted seller support multiple times and have gone more than 48 business hours without a response. This is especially frustrating after seeing other customers with similar payout delay issues receive responses within days.
For a luxury resale company handling high-value items, the communication and payout process has been extremely disappointing. Holding both the seller’s item and payout for this long without transparency creates unnecessary stress and undermines trust in the platform.
International sellers should also be aware that Fashionphile does NOT cover international shipping costs for seller buyouts, which significantly impacts the final payout.
I expected a much smoother experience given Fashionphile’s reputation. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would hesitate to use the platform again for international buyouts.

I purchased a pre-owned Chanel bag listed in fair condition (I knew the bag would not be perfect), but I like bags with a bit of an edge to them. When I received the bag, it was wrapped and included the original Chanel dustbag. This bag had the most disgusting foul odor, so bad that I had to store it on my buildings' fire escape! Really - a Chanel bag airing out on a NYC fire escape. I returned it ASAP. Never again.

I had an immaculate condition original puzzle bag to sell and was offered £875 for it. I was quite shocked at how low the value was and declined the offer. A few days later it became apparent that selling privately could lead to me being scammed so I went and again uploaded the same photos and description to sell it assuming the valuation would be the same. Having done that I then noticed you have the option to reactivate the old offer and because they take several days now to give you an offer I thought that would be faster. I sent off my back and am due to be paid today. Unfortunately yesterday my offer on the same bag came back, this time at £1025…. So in a matter of a few days it’s suddenly significantly worth more and I’ve lost out on money. I’ve contacted customer service in the hope they will honour the difference and will update this review if it gets sorted. I would understand if a longer time period had passed or maybe I’d used different photos but I didn’t, so it raises genuine concerns about consistency of the offers.
I sent another email as they suggested below, still no response.
