I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Fashionphile.

We received an online offer and brought our item into a physical location on April 22nd, where we were told the authentication and payout process would take 10 days. After not hearing anything, we called and were then told it would take two weeks. When we followed up again at the two‑week mark, we were suddenly told 2.5 to 3 weeks.

Each time we called, the timeline changed.

We made it clear that we would give them an additional 2–3 days before filing a complaint and submitting reviews. It is now May 12th — four weeks later (15 business days) — and the online status still says “Unboxed and being reviewed.” We have received no update emails, no phone calls, and no status changes.

The lack of communication is unacceptable. Every phone call results in a different answer, and the payout timelines they set are not honored. The process feels disorganized and very flawed, and it does not meet the expectations they set at the time of drop‑off.

Four weeks is excessive for a process originally quoted as 10 days. However you calculate it, they are delinquent on the timeline they promised.

I would not recommend using Fashionphile if you are expecting clear communication or timely payout.

Another great purchase from Fashionphile. The earrings are beautiful. Of all the luxury resale sites, I trust Fashionphile most and prefer purchasing from them because almost always, their products are usually better than described.

Do not rely on Fashionphile’s estimated delivery times. Mine arrived at customs over a week late and then immediately encountered issues requiring Fashionphile’s authorisation to release the package — at which point the company’s real customer experience (or total lack thereof) revealed itself.

Thankfully, DHL was professional, responsive, and easy to deal with throughout.

Unfortunately, because the shipping relationship sits with Fashionphile, DHL was unable to release the package without Fashionphile’s approval.

Despite repeated attempts to obtain a resolution, Fashionphile provided only a single email saying they were “looking into it”, followed by complete silence. The lack of response ultimately resulted in DHL advising they would have to close the case.

As a result, I’ve had to instruct DHL to return the item to sender and will now have to go through the process of disputing the transaction through my credit card provider — all because Fashionphile failed to engage or provide the authorisation required to resolve the issue. Another company seemingly focused more on sales than customer service.

A very disappointing first experience that has left me distrustful of the company, which is a shame because I absolutely loved the Chanel bag I purchased, but now appears unlikely to ever receive.

My wallet came exactly as they posted... actually better because it still had the protective stickers on the hardware and the price was on point! Less than retail for sure and for the quality of the wallet, I feel like it was a steal! Fashionphile is trustworthy, they're transparent with their verification process and they take lots of photos so you can see every little detail of what you’re potentially buying. Well done!
