very disappointed with this wallpaper ... we have used william morris paper a few times and not had a problem, but this paper however was difficult to work with the paper ripped at times and the colour came off , so not to happy with final result

I had ordered some Emma Shipley wallpaper however the labelling was incorrect during manufacturing. From the very first email reporting this they respond quickly and we're always in touch with myself.
I cannot fault their customer service and have today received the correct wallpaper saving £70 off for the same wallpaper from them instead of the ES site.

Used this company originally as their prices were the lowest for my purchase of William Morris wallpaper but although their prices were the best, they haven’t cut back on customer services or cheaper (or chargeable) delivery. I sent several emails as I wanted to reserve a spare roll with the same batch number - all were responded to very promptly. My wallpaper arrived well packaged the next day. Cannot fault them and would definitely use again. Refreshing to have a company with such great prices that haven’t skimped on other areas of service.

I was attracted to them for the curtains and wallpaper options as well as the paint because I have a whole house to decorate. I had an issue with the paint I ordered and contacted their customer service via email as the phone number given was not answered.
The replies were pretty rude and what could have been a simple explanation and offer to help me choose the correct finish was dealt with really poorly. They showed zero knowledge of the product and were not able to provide me with an advice on what would be best for my project. Instead they used phrases such as ‘I don’t know where you read that’. This purchase (and the subsequent emails) was really not worth the effort at all and I will be buying from one of the many companies who cares enough to train employees to at least sound like they care with all my future purchases.
