Can’t recommend enough

I got my certificate number in less than 24 hours!
I am new to Texas and was unsure which form to fill out for my tax resale certificate.
This was super easy and amazingly fast to do.
I got the certificate number, a copy of the certificate and the explanation of when I would receive my hard copy in less than 24 hours!
If you are worried about doing the right form or want/need your certificate number ASAP…I would recommend this site highly!!

I really was confused what to do when Legal Zoom was no help. This group got me and everything I needed with transparency and no headache.

Generally seemed more complicated than the one page report in previous years. Also, navigation in the application was not always intuitive to a new user, despite the fact that I am a career electronic engineer. But, I like doing it electronically and am hopeful that it will go even better next year.

They charged me $150 for my annual report... Total scam will never do my annual report through them ever again. The state fee is only $25. That's all I need. I never saw anything about pricing until after and there are no refunds

I ended up needing a refund and didn't get to use their services. But I will definitely come back for my filing needs because I know they are trustworthy and honest. They did not have to give me a refund but they chose to and it's greatly appreciated.

When setting up my business llc in 2023, it was a lot to take in and process while working at the same time. I found Prime Corporate Services and used them to handle the setup for me. They made everything seem so easy. Their professional staff was amazing to work with. I didn't have to do anything.
2 1/2 years later, I had to close my business. I immediately called Prime Corporate Services and again they handled everything for me to close out my LLC properly. Their staff is great their feedback amazing. Their replies were always there when I needed it.

Be very very careful,,,I typed the actual government web address somehow it lead me to Fastfiling instead and I was carelessly going through the motions I did not pay attention til it was to late this was supposed to be a simple yearly report I do each year for my business normally cost $75 not $174🤬 family member had passed away and I was not thinking… Now I had gone to my bank account and noticed they double charged the service they billed . It’s ridiculous.that there is no phone number to reach them at all just email! To me this is extremely frustrating and shady. Here I am now waiting for a response VIA email to cancel the duplicate charged to my bank account! All I can say do not trust this company and be very alert when entering the web address you intended to use! Don’t be me🤬

Maybe you should have a phone number maybe respond to my email promptly without have to wait for several days and maybe don’t double charge my account as you did.
They responded they claim they have phone support but they charge for that at $100 an hour really? Need to be transparent about that on your website….

Excellent and faster

Quick and easy process. They filed the paperwork to dissolve my LLC and had the whole thing done in about a week, and communicated throughout the process.
