THEY STOLE CHIPS!!! DON'T GO HERE TO FIX YOUR COMPUTERS!!!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this service. They returned the computer only after nearly two years of delays, during which they repeatedly promised it would be fixed "soon." Upon finally receiving the computer back—after I personally intervened on behalf of a friend—We discovered through a qualified technician that the critical chips responsible for charging the device had been removed.

"This is how the motherboard would look if someone would take a heating gun and put the chips in their pockets." The technician mentioned it was the first time he had seen someone steal from a client. This is unacceptable behavior, and it created significant inconvenience and frustration. I would caution anyone considering this service to think twice before trusting them with their device.

THEY ARE SNEAKY AS IT GETS!!!!

I had an iPad Pro that I thought was beyond repair.. but the guy was able to fix it! And he was so kind and honest, as well. He could have charged me more for the extra work he had to do like cleaning the inside of it because it was totally messed up from a previous repair, but he didn’t. He just charged me the set price for a screen replacement and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service and the very quick repair time. And of course, the repair itself was done flawlessly! Thank you. Will absolutely recommend to others and use again in the future if needed
